I’ve had water boilers like these in the past. I use them while traveling because the hotel options are often missing or gross. This model boils water but it works very slowly. It also doesn’t appear to have any safety or temperature limit so it needs to be watched. If it is left unattended for too long the water would boil off and the unit would get dangerously hot. ... show more

    • Stopped Working After About 1 Year
I used this frequently while travelling and it worked fine heating water (if a little slow). Then after a little over a year of use, it just stopped working. I was very careful to never plug it in without being properly submerged in water. It just broke.
