Mainly, I got it for ground beef. My family loves "kotleta", it is a European dish, it is close to meatballs, but has more ingredients: eggs, green vegetables, garlic, onion, a little bit of bread. Glass is thick. I hit it over the sink and I was sure I broke it, but it was fine. This chopper has a separate motor, so it is almost impossible to get it dirty. So sometimes you don't even need to clean it. The media could not be loaded. So, I read hundreds of reviews on so many different processors before choosing this one. Disregard the bad reviews on this item, I almost didn’t buy because of them, but so glad I went with the majority! And I never write reviews. But this deserves one. First of all, product came in packaging very neatly, everything looks brand new, and the glass bowl is quality! It is perfect size for my 5 person household. Not too small, not too big. I used this for the first time tonight bc I was too lazy to chop up my cooked hamburger to make taco meat lol. I swear, as you’ll see in the video, it took maybe 4 pushes and it was done. Super easy to use. Worked great. Lots of power, super sharp. And the best part, was extremely easy to clean. There is a rubber ring to keep the glass from sliding across counter, but when it was wet it was still slippery, (I cleaned the items before using) so I dried it off well, and it went back to not slipping. I definitely recommend this product to make your life easier. Well worth the money! Just put it in your cart, and you won’t be disappointed. This is the best food chopper. It is quiet. It holds quite a bit of food and chops the food from coarse to fine depending on how long you run it. The thick glass bowl is so easy to empty and clean. I hand wash it but the bowl and blades are dishwasher safe. The removable rubber bottom gasket holds the bowl on my kitchen counter. This is easy to assemble and disassemble. I used this to chop fresh cranberries and and an orange for cranberry sauce. It worked perfectly. I also used it to make graham cracker crumbs for pie crust--again, perfect outcome. Bought this to grind up chicken and steak for our cats. Within 5 seconds of putting 3 cooked boneless chicken breasts in this processor, the meat is shredded to tiny bits.
