This is the first projector I’ve owned and for $68 I’m extremely impressed. Picture quality is extremely important to me and after turning this projector on for the first time I knew I found a gem. I primarily bought this projector for window scenes and it is more than perfect for that. My only caution to buyers is that this projector is not very good in light as I assume most if not all projectors are not good in light anyway. This projector also auto calibrates its picture so it’s always a rectangle no matter the angle but use with cation as you can see a black edge in a pitch black room from where the screen “auto adjusts”. I don’t know if all projectors use this technique when recalibrating the screen but it works nonetheless. The sound quality is also not terrible and is usually plenty good for my use case. It is very bright and colorful in a dark room and would be perfect for outdoor use or travel. The software and android version also make it extremely easy to use your streaming apps on the go without an external device. Overall, for $68 this thing is extremely impressive.

I first came across this projector on TikTok and decided to give it a try. Having purchased several projectors from Amazon in the past, I found that many of them felt outdated in terms of features and performance. As a result, I was looking for a more modern and practical option, and this projector has been a worthwhile upgrade. I primarily use it during the evenings when I want to relax and watch something without turning on my television, especially before going to bed. One of my favorite features is its ability to adjust to the angle of my ceiling, making it easy to project content comfortably while lying down. The unit is also lightweight and portable, allowing me to move it around the house with minimal effort. The built-in speakers are adequate for casual viewing, though they are not the strongest feature of the device. Fortunately, connecting external speakers is simple when I want a better audio experience. Considering the price point, the image quality is impressive and more than sufficient for everyday use. Overall, I have been very pleased with this projector and believe it offers excellent value, portability, and convenience for the cost.

Update 5/16/26 - (orginal purchase July 2025, 10 months owned) - Since my last update it did begin to have a "burn spot" in the middle of the projection but nothing that most would mind i dont think. Today I believe it has finally died, All i can hear is the fan squeel but no Projection at all. I see the indicator light on the projector and on the remote blink but nothing is shown. Still for the price and the time it lasted while being constantly on during the night i believe it is still worth it. Update 3/24/26 - so far has handled all of the daily use ( i leave it on overnight and still works amazing) bought a Roku stick and works excellent. Volume is lower than id like it to be for some shows/movies but with a bt speaker works great Update 2/1/26: Movies/shows will not play at all seems to be a License issue on youtube (2/1/26). Only ones that seem to work is thry Hulu, Hbo, Paramount & crunchyroll I bought this as an alternative to a tv. Ive now owned and used it daily for about 2 months now and so far i have little complaints on this projector. Quality is Nothing crazy i would guesstimate it to be around the 1080p to 720p range. ( I mainly use it on my ceiling, with texture). Below are my pros and cons, Overall i would highly recommend this projector so far and will update this review in about 2 months. Pros - *Dont have to commit to a Area like a Normal Tv. *Volume is decent quality, But can connect via bluetooth to other devices. *Adjustable Angle on projector & Threaded bottom for use on tripod etc. *Manual Projection screen adjustmemts *Value for Money *Easy to set up dont really need a manual. *Remote controll has Pretty good Range * Options to download apps such as crunchyroll, yt, netflix etc. * Options for Hdmi and usb c Cons - * Youtube Movies for some reason will not play no matter what i do (ive hear netflix has the same issue on this model from freinds) * Image Quality can be somewhat 480-720p at times but its not really common and if you are not picky or familiar with 1080 - 4k quality you wont really notice it If you are looking for a budget Projector or just want to try it out I would highly recommend this Model. Easy to use plug and play. Only reason for 4 stars is because of the Youtube Movies issue. Will update if its fixed in the futre

We’ve had this projector for 8 months. We use this for special times with my kiddos. We have the perfect wall to use as a projector screen. I like the use of the projector, the apps in the device are slower than usual but I understand that is not the strength of it. I usually cast from my phone, works great! Love the device. The sound isn’t the best but it is present and better than nothing. The size is perfect for a mobile unit. The quality of the video is alright for a budget and mobile projector. I’ve enjoyed this.

Does not have DRM (Digital Rights Management) and HDCP copyright built in. I have a decent library of movies and shows I purchased that will not play on this through the native apps. Apparently this is a common thing with these projectors. One of the reasons we got this is we don't have room for a tv in our very tiny bedroom. This was a perfect solution. I'm hopeful one of our small tablets can be hooked up via HDMI and play it through that, but I'm not confident that will work. This is supposed to have a built in Android system and I would have thought that included the necessary legal certifications to play content I paid for including streaming and purchased content. But apparently that's not always the case. This is frustrating. And it is fully updated. It's especially disheartening to read on the manufacturer's website to "check if it has the necessary certification" as though they are not sure which of their products do and do not have it. That being said, it is bright. It's not as great a picture quality as the TV itself, but it is a lower cost projecter on a beige wall, so I really wasn't expecting much. I can't afford the ones that have the appropriate adjustments for various colored walls. The speaker is a little weak. Sound quality isn't great, but I wasn't going for high quality to begin with. Just the convenience of watching a movie in bed with my husband on occasion. The cord is too short and is suspiciously thin. It has a proprietory 4 pin hexagon connection at the unit, so there's no upgrading to a better adapter. This one fits far too loose in some outlets and the adapter gets uncomfortably hot. Be careful where you plug it in and for safety we unplug ours when it's not in use or when we go to sleep. I wouldn't leave this in a child's room, either. There are safer options out there for kids. Don't worry, the settings remain, even when unplugged for a couple of weeks. To help others: A Roku, Chromecast, or Amazon Fire stick will work with these. I just don't want to buy and pay for yet more stuff. That was the whole point of going with a less expensive option. But if you already have one, you should be fine. I'm just disappointed that the built in apps don't have the right certifications.

I purchased this projector in late December 25. I set it up and used it a couple times to make sure it worked as expected due to the short refund period. It did. I packed it in a padded storage bag I made specifically for travel and arrived at our destination. It's been about 3 months and went to use the projector. The projector does not fully boot, the magcubic logo appears but the home screen nor the menu cannot be accessed. The remote turns the projector on and sometimes turns it off. The actual on/off switch turns on but doesn't turn it off. I contacted them with my issue and got a response but multiple attempts of their suggestions to factory reset the remote and pair it again were unsuccessful & didn't fix my issues. I tried to contact them again but am still waiting for their response to the second message. I have come to the conclusion the projector or the remote is defective. Probably both. While the refund period is only 30 days, defective merchandise should be accommodated for a longer period of time. I'm very disappointed in this product since it initially appeared To be exactly what I needed.

I purchased this because I wanted to set the atmosphere when I am reading. This was a great choice! Easy to set up with no problems connecting to my WiFi and Bluetooth speaker. The picture quality is better than expected. I believe i can adjust the picture if needed. I did not use the speaker because that was never my intention. I like the sound depths given by my Bluetooth speakers. I hope this will last for a while because eventually I would like to purchase a screen for when I travel I hope to also find a case to protect it when I travel. I can’t wait to watch movies on my patio. Note: This video was taken with the blinds to my window fully open in my living room and connected my speaker. I had to place it on my ceiling because my walls are full of art paintings. It’s still gave me the feeling I wanted. All I have to do is lean back and see the beautiful scene.
