Absolutely LOVE the fireplace. As other said the sounds are very fake but we don’t use the noise anyways. Also the remote didn’t work at all so I contacted the seller and they happily are sending me a new one. A little wait for shipping from overseas. But thankful they are sending a new one.

We replaced an old propane fireplace with this electric one and are very happy with the change. It looks great and works great. I’m surprised and very pleased with the amount of heat it produces. That wasn’t the main goal of the replacement so it’s a real bonus.

We panick purchased this after buying an electric fireplace that was not the right height. It was a different brand and we were not sure if it was going to work. It comes in 3 parts that screw together and then just slides around the back of the fireplace. The fireplace holds it in place and it does not need to be attached to the bricks or the electric insert. Easy to put together and looks great! ... show more
