    • Easy set up & easy to operate
So far I love this fireplace heater. I set it up within a few minutes and it was running & heating up the room in 30 minutes. I like the heat vent higher as opposed to many heaters with the heat vent below the “fireplace”. I like the timer too. Set the timer & forget about remembering to turn if off. This is the second heater I have gotten. The first one was made by a different manufacturer, and I thought that one was good, but this one has it beat by miles. First of all, it is UBER quiet! when just the flame is running, there is NO noise. Nothing. The other one had a constant motor that I got used to but its even better that it is silent. The second thing I like about this one is that it will shut off when the temperature you have programed it to run at is reached. I did not know that - there was nothing about a thermostat in the description. So no more running it for an hour then having to turn it off or back on if you are hot or cold again. I definitely will give it 5 stars!!!!!!! If you need a space heater Get. This. One HOWEVER, the shipping and packing left ALOT to be desired. The unit was delivered in a huge box that I wasnt sure I could get in the door. When my husband opened the outside box, the box with the heater was inside just slip sliding from one side of the outer box to the other. It is a good thing the unit was as sturdy as it was because if it wasnt, it would have been damaged. Not sure who did the fulfillment on this, but they need to be shown how to put some kind of protection in the shipping box. Otherwise, I LOVE my heater!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... show more

Did a lot of research on these. these seemed to be the highest rated. I can see why. Looks great and works great. Your remote can control the temp and all has a 30 minute shut off which is great for warming the room before you go to bed. Had the thing st at 88 degrees for a big room and it got too hot so I set a 66 and it's perfect. Can't go wrong and looks great too. ... show more

Heats up my kitchen and sunroom in very little time. Max heat setting is 82 but really having it at 80 gets pretty warm so it hangs around 70-76 even during this recent New England winter cold snap.

    • Warms my 400 square ft living room toasty in about 30 minutes.
Easy to assemble, once I read the Manuel easy to operate. Arrived earlier than expected , well packaged. Cold day today 11 degrees outside. Within 30 minutes my living room, great room was warm ,comfortable and 73 degrees on my thermostat. My furnace hasn't kicked in in 5 hours. Wow! Curious about my electric bill next month.
