Delivery was faster than stated, easy to assemble just the front tire/fender and case thing all the tools to assemble were included. Bought this for my dad to replace similar but lower watt one he got last year from another website that just died after it got wet for some reason, that one had m8 connectors for plugs on everything this has no connectors to plug in its all hard wired in. Performance seems to be the same for both. He hasnt had any complaints about it other than the brake pad rubs on and off the rotor despite the wheel being straight. I'm fixing to ride in a minute, well I rode the bike three times first time I only rode it for about 10 minutes and I couldn't get the gear assist but I finally figured it out then I ran at the second time not even an hour and a half and my battery was dead so I'm hoping it was I just didn't have it full but I'm going to try it out again but I love it so far ... show more

One of the most inexpensive phone mounts available. In some ways it is a great value, and in other ways not. Pros: – Quick device connect - just slip the phone under the top clamp, then press the phone down – Easy release - just squeeze – Very affordable – Fits most phones Cons: – Plastic construction is not as durable as all metal – Only fits ‘skinny’ handlebars, and barely - this will not fit on anything larger – Does *not* include size adjustments for larger bars – Mount to handlebar material is plastic - not non-slip For my bike, to address my concerns above, I added two elements to my installation. First, I wrapped the handlebar at the mount point with a single layer of silicone self-annealing tape to provide a non-slip surface for the mount. Second, because I didn’t trust the plastic to not blow apart under impact or just stress over time, I added a couple of tie-wraps to the mount, so if the mount did break, I would not lose the payload. The seller states: “Quick Installation: Easy installation in seconds without any tools required. Includes silicone spacers to fit handlebars ranging from 0.59 to 1.57 inches in diameter.” This is inaccurate to two counts: 1) simple tools are needed to complete the installation 2) no spaces are included. For the price, it’s ‘good’ - perhaps, even ‘excellent’ As a mount, it’s ‘okay’. But, given the product description overstates the features, that is ‘poor’. So, overall, it is a mixed bag that balances out to somewhere between ‘fair’ and ‘good’ ... show more
