First of all it says 5000 watt motor and its only a 2000 watt motor.. check the specifications .. I got it set up and it first thing got an eo8 error or throttle error. Says to contact support .This thing is shipped inna cardboard box with a metal frame .. nicely shipped. I hope to enjoy riding this, but with a throttle error its not going anywhere .. Ordered 2 but only got 1 so far
