Update on 3/28/2026: I had to drop the star rating to ONE, or less if possible. This is the second tire rotation I did on my Tesla. The jack sputtered at the beginning but I was able to cajole it to complete the first two tires. On the third tire, however, I was not able to lower it after remounting the tire. It just doesn’t move. I was stuck with the car still jacked. Resetting the power didn’t help. Reversing back and forth didn’t help. In the end, the saving grace was the hand crank. It was slow. Slowly but surely, I did it. Now I know why the hand crank was included in the kit. The moral of the story: do not buy this tool! —- I just got it a few days ago and do not yet have extended experience using it. However based on my tests on multiple cars (Tesla, Lexus R350), this jack worked well. It has the right height to use on cars of both high and low clearance (the extension is needed with high-clearance cars). It appears to be slow when I ran it on the side, but once I put it under the car and started it, the speed is definitely fine in perspective. The box it came in is good. It has all the right grooves to tuck away the small parts in and the material feels sturdy as well. The hand crank is a joke though. I don't think you'll ever be able to use it to raise or lower a car. It takes a bit to engage, does not have a good mechanism to allow the handle bar to rotate freely (not sure what to call that), not to mention the extreme slowness to raise the jack. The slow speed is related to where the hand crank engages the gear and how much leverage it has. I wish the open end of the pull/release bolt was properly prepared to allow the use of a ratchet wrench to manually turn it when the motor fails. This is it for now. Will update if I have any problem using it down the road...

The electric jack works. It has a long cord that allows you to reach the lifting point and the power port in the vehicle. It's pretty loud as it cranks the jack up and down. I was a little disappointed in how hard the jack struggled to lift our little Jeep. It was working so hard and bogging the motor down so severely that I stopped lifting and felt the motor to see if it was getting hot. It wasn't I finished lifting the Jeep and it sped back up the higher the Jeep went. It seems there is just one point, about halfway through the lift cycle where the stress on the jack is severe enough to imeded the performance of the jack. So, final analysis, it works, but it is not designed for any heavy-duty lifting. I'm not even going to try it on the F-150 pickup.

Overall, this is a pretty decent electric jack. It's sturdy and powerful enough to lift a Toyota Sienna front end. The controls are easy (Up/Down) and the cord is long enough to use on each corner of the vehicle. The only slight con would be speed. It's a little slow especially when under load, but that isn't a deal breaker. I am able to control the height with precision which is important when realigning lug nuts with the wheel. It also easily compresses coil springs for struts (I had to push the lower control arm up when replacing front struts and it worked perfectly.) The jack comes with 2 different ways to connect to power (alligator clips for battery connection and cigarette lighter plug in), gloves, wheel chock, and two different sized heads that work with the unibody jack points quite well. I never feel that the jack is unstable or might slip in any way. I'd recommend this one if you are looking for an electric scissor type jack that is compact and easy to use.
