I live in a hilly town and ride mostly on weekends with some sunny afternoons, mostly use the assist mode for ebike fun, and so far I'm really enjoying this AIRWEST Pioneers 1.1: -Powerful 750 watt Bafang motor -Powerful for a 48 volt ebike -48V 20Ah LG battery -Color display -Hydraulic brakes with 180mm brake disc -IP65 water resistance rating -Fork suspension with hydraulic lockout, Jumps well -26″*4″tires grip well -Can add a kit to carry -Quick response and helpful communication Performance: Packed with a 750-watt rear hub motor and throttle, very flexible electric assist is both fun and useful; 7-speed shifter is efficient and balances the ride well, without having to worry about climbing steep grades. Stability: The bike is made of high-strength steel with a strong and stable geometry, the bike moves very well on 4-inch wide tires that are easy to pedal and wide enough for stability. Handling: The hydraulic forks are really nice, the steering is crisp, firm and comfortable. It has an adjustable oil-locking mechanism on one side that's easy to turn while riding and an adjustable spring strength on the other side. The hydraulic brakes work perfectly and can be used in any situation ;) I'm going to make some modifications to add helmets and pannier racks to improve the ride; I'm so happy with the bike that I'm even considering buying a new one. All in all, this bike is a great ride and a very practical mountain e-bike!

The Large box came in quick, within 3 days. nicely packed. I have been looking for an EV bike with Fat tires for my 12 Year old. He has been riding the smaller 36v 14" tire ev bikes, but he needed a larger bike to keep up with me with my 52v EV Bike up in the mountains. He's only 5' , and it's hard to fine a 48v fat tire EV bike that he can ride. They are all rated for 5.4' and up, but this step through bike, he can easily ride it. I was going to return it, but when it came in, the perl white with Black trim, this bike look good, I took a chance and decided to keep it. Great bike easy to assemble, peddles, handle bars, seat, the only thing that took me 10 mins alone was to balance and adjust the Brakes. He loves it. and he can grow into it. only con, its a heavy bike, heavier than my other Ev bikes. @ 70+ lbs.

The overall quality exceeded my expectations. The frame is well-built and strong, as well as well-welded and painted. The components are also fairly decent, with a comfy seat and a hydraulic disc brake unit that works well and is entirely ergonomic. The electric bicycle rides well, and the pedal assist is more than adequate. I commute to work every day on my ebike; the long-range battery is fantastic; I use the pedal assist to go over 12 miles and have only used one mark on the battery charge indicator. It's nice to be able to get somewhere quickly, commute, or enjoy a city ride with such a good combination of pedal assist and throttle control. This is the best buy I've made this year!

I keep buying bikes for my son hoping for better quality. There isn’t. Doesn’t matter if it’s this brand or the next. I replace tubes about every 3 or 4 rides. So irritating! American made, and bikes of my youth much more quality. Do not buy any Chinese made bikes. They’re made to break and not last. So they can keep having you buy more garbage. I’m done. I will not buy another bike.

The media could not be loaded. This is the compartment where the brake fluid is supposed to stay pressurized because they are hydraulic brakes, but all the brake fluid runs out of the cartridge when you apply the brake handle which could lead to a accident and I would like it replaced!

I don't know why the ad says it's 1000 watts of power when you read all the reviews that the bike comes with it's only 750 whichever specifies better

The only thing I recommend is a 48v 25ah battery that's it for longer range nothing else needs to change on the bike and shave about 10 pounds this bike is faster then the himiway that's in its class stock for stock period
