Bought this product spent quite a bit of money as a Christmas gift the shipment was delayed not once but twice. Can't say that it was the seller's fault for that. 100% I can't say it was their fault it was kind of weird that came fedex. The kid opens it up for Christmas which we received it 4 days before Christmas we didn't get the opportunity to make sure everything worked properly wrote it once and it broke. Still have not heard back from the seller. We wanted to send this bike back because it's doesn't hold enough weight but even with Prime membership they charge you to ship it back which is hundreds of dollars. We took the bike out and it doesn't even have peddles. So far I'm disappointed with my purchase.

My BIKE CAME WITH THIS “93” THING OVER WHERE YOURE SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO ENTER THE KEY. I CANT EVEN START MY BIKE. THE PLACE WHERE YOURE SUPPOSED TO STICK THE KEY IN IS BLOCKED BY THIS PLASTIC PIECE

I reached out to Tomofree customer service, and without any further questions, they immediately offered to send a replacement lock. As for the e-bike itself, it’s solid, durable, and incredibly fast.
