First of all the driver left the bike at the end of my walkway not to by door. Took me a bit of time to put it together. Instructions book does not match the parts supplied. Had lots of parts to screw together. Not all the accessories came as advertised. I am still waiting on the carrier bags. Bike looks awesome. I am happy with my purchase though. Hopefully the rest comes soon and I will start to ride. ... show more

Bought for my girlfriend to upgrade from a simple single speed ebike after getting used to the gears she likes it better with each ride .I just wish it had samsung cells in battery. It had a cracked display when I unpacked it but with great customer service I had a replacement in just a few days . I spent 6 weeks searching and researching e-bikes before choosing the Heybike Brawn and I just love it! It’s big and brawny and powerful and super fast. The fat tires ride so smoothly and it’s nice and quiet. I love the headlight and the taillight underneath the super comfortable saddle. Free rear rack and a new helmet with a safety light on the back. Very happy with the Heybike Brawn and the fast response from the seller to my questions. Great aggressive looking, sturdy ebike for the money. Fairly easy to assemble, I was taking it for a test ride about an hour after I started putting it together. I was impressed with the power of this bike. It's definitely not all bark, this bike has some bite too. I am happy with my purchase.

We have used our e-bike brawn in the city and on mountain bike trails since arriving. And the comfort on all terrains is excellent. We are larger people and the bikes are very comfortable and sturdy. This is not a dainty e-bike like some. The handling on the trails is phenomenal. The front shock has a lot of adjustability to help with handling and ride comfort. The adjustable seat (dropper post) is great for someone shorter because it allows for adjustment during the ride during stops. This alone is a huge value that is just one of the features that is part of this bike. I have fallen off (due to my own stupidity) twice and the bike is easy to pick up and get going again and was in great shape. Noise is minimal, wildlife was not spooked by our presence. Battery life is exceptional. We biked 15miles on and off road over 2 hours and didn’t even put a dent in the battery life. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we have to all of our friends and family. We are on the east coast near the mountains and beach areas and this type and quality of bike is not something we have come across when out and about, so a lot of people have been amazed by the look and stance when we travel with the bikes. Definitely invest in the rear and front fenders if you want to stay clean! This bike travels and handles tall grass, hills, corn fields, packed sand, mud, gravel with ease. You will want to go off road! Customer service has been great if you take in consideration your time zone and theirs. Parts were missing with the initial shipment of the bikes. But HeyBike supplied the tracking numbers for additional accessories and when they would be off back order. And all was true to their word. ... show more
