    • Odd Shape but Pretty

This duvet cover is very pretty, the colors are not exactly what I thought they would be, but it is very pretty and I'm not disappointed. It is soft enough, but 100% polyester and you can feel it, it has that skin drag when you run your hand across it. There are nice ties inside to attach your duvet. There is a zipper for easy access and to completely encase the duvet. The thing I don't understand is the shape, its longer side to side than it is end to end. So it hangs long off the sides of the bed and doesn't drape over the foot of the bed. Since it is a distinct, one direction pattern and the zipper is along the short end you can't turn it. I have a full size bed with a king size duvet, the coverage head to foot would be ample if it was oriented in the correct direction. I don't know if it was cut wrong or if all of them are this way. Its odd. I wouldn't recommend this duvet to any of my family/friends. Keep searching. ... show more

Very soft to the touch with hidden zipper, and vibrant colors. I was a little shocked at how pink it is. I was expecting more browns but it's just very pink and the interior pink is brighter than expected also. I still really like it, but our room is a bit too feminine now for my husbands taste. Too bad for him. Lol also, we do not have a box spring. If your bed has a thick mattress and box spring then this comforter will probably not be long enough on the sides. It just passes our bed rails. I added those two solid pink throw pillows and the white one. It looks pretty and feels so soft. I sleep like the mermaid princess that I am. ;) ... show more

The pattern and colors on this duvet set are great. Very vibrant and the teal is so deep that it is usable as a Fall floral. The only thing I don't like is that the seam for the zipper is not at the top of the duvet; it is at least 6 inches or more down from the top, which makes it visible when I turn it down. It's a small thing, but it bugs me. The underside of the duvet is a really pretty mauve color, and I would like to see that when I'm setting up the bed really nice, but not with that zipper saying hello. Like I said, minor thing. I am beyond pleased with this purchase. It so hard when looking at patterns on-line and trying to determine if the colors you see in the pictures are what it will be in real life. I was looking for a duvet cover that was something other than a solid color that would go with my navy blue and grey tones in my room...I happen to love blues and oranges together but I am so pleased with the added tone of the dusty rose and hint of green. This is just a cover and is thin but goes perfectly with my actual duvet that is medium in thickness. The material is cool and feels fantastic to the skin. I read another review that stated the colors were dull and on the brown side...they may have had bad luck because I feel what I received was true to image. ... show more

Unhappy that the piping around the sewing clashes with the plain material on the back of the duvet color. The piping is a bright orange, the material is a very muted almost dirty looking peach. Disappointed that the colors were not nearly as vibrant as showed in pictures. Love the feel of the material. Have not washed yet because not sure if I can handle the color issues. ... show more

I am so perturbed!! There is no filling in this comforter and the seller does NOT MAKE THIS OBVIOUS!! The cover looks all nice and plush online, but then you receive an empty shell!! AND because I've never had to add filling to a comforter it's been an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!!!!, trying to find the appropriate filling for this comforter. I don't do this as a profession, so hopefully it turns out okay, once I figure out what I need to purchase to fill it!! I gave 2 stars instead of 1 due to the comforter does have a nice pattern ... show more
