    • VERY BAD WARRANTY, SERVICE VERY UNHELPFUL, WILL BLAME YOU, AVOIDS FIXING
If only i can leave negative review, my first time putting up a bad review. I never had a problem with service but let me start by saying after a few miles on dirt with this e-bike,the rear suspension threading got stuck and you can no longer adjust it leaving the spring to be completely loose and rattling. The seller offered to replace it but then things started to go in circles as they requested me to pay for the shipping, not that bad a problem i had Amazon cover it, but now the seller is claiming that i personally damaged the product saying it was damaged from human use, i am obviously a human riding the bike, so what does that mean he keeps saying from human damage but will not elaborate i explained i only rode it as intended and they say they will get it ready from factory to ship it but the next day it goes back in a circle and they are saying i improperly used it, this does not make sense. Are they going to send the replacement part or not because they complained about needing me to cover the shipping which amazon offered, but back to the loop they are finding new excuses to avoid making things right. I its been a few weeks, generally i feel they are trying to stall out my time with warranty so that it can expire and they will not have to help out. Steer clear from these Chinese sellers they will do anything to avoid warranty and no point in the protection plan as it will turn out the same way. If you need a fix from them, they will stall and go in circles to drive you crazy saying the same phrases and “ok” very poor service and communication don’t forget the cheap parts that will go bad within 2 weeks and you will have to ride something dangerous that might fall apart on the road. ... show more
