First Off...This company is very helpful. My original Bike got stuck in California and they sent me a second bike though FedEx and expedited it. Two days later it is sitting on my front porch. Any other questions that I had; they were very helpful along the way. always ask...They will respond usually within a day. Unless it's a weekend. And no one likes working weekends. The bike itself is very fast and sturdy. It handles the speed very well. There are videos on YouTube which you can change the KMP to MPH. also for easy assembly. And how to change the settings to increase your speed. Very simple process. Also, VIP.LOL... Read the manual...this will give you information to make your experience more enjoyable. Please :) So.....I love the 4-inch fat tires. I have had the bike up to 30 mph. There is a setting on the bike next to the power button that you can change from 1 to 5. Obviously 5 being the fastest. The speedometer only says 27 but it is actually 30. I have tested this going down a road that has a speed trap sign and it shows how fast you are really going. Again WOW. This bike handles the speed Very WELL. And the Fat tires gives it great stability. I was impressed. It also has cruise control. Which is enabled by holding the speed for about 3 seconds. If you are going down a straight road...Very Nice to just enjoy the ride along :). It is very Comfortable. I bought this bike for various reasons... and this was one reason. It has a long seat. Which is very well padded. I have never liked those regular bicycle seats. That make it hard to ride at 25mph or more. And never sits just right, again...Excellent comfort. It has the distance which I don't need but enjoy. The 48v15ah battery charged in about 3 hours. But keep in mind...I did not wear it down to zero power. I have once and I got about 40 miles out of it. Full electric But I am 160. and 5/11.Straight roads with no hills. So, any heavier person might not make it as far. Again, very comfortable. They will also sell you a second battery if you ask them about it. You can get the distance from using the power and pedaling so it has a range of at least 60 or more miles based on pedal assist. Still Very good. If your slightly lazy like me... Shuh... I won't tell anyone...Order a second battery so it is easy both ways. LOL It's a simple swap out with your keys. The front fork and rim...I have had NO problems with stability on this E-bike AT ALL....The Bike...I Love it... It looks like a mini-Motorcycle with the rims. It is very stylish. I have added an alarm system to it. And it goes next to the headlight which I find I actually like. It has a bright led headlight and a working break light and turn signals that let people know when you are turning. Or stopping. Instead of the old way of putting your arm out or constantly pushing a button to let people know you are stopping. Very Safe on the road. again, I Love it. This is an honest review...No crap...I honestly love the bike. I have a 50cc scooter and it is as nice and rides as well as my scooter. but it uses gas. and I am cheap LOL It is made very well, and it is reasonably priced. For what I payed. I was impressed. these are all the pros. I have owned it for about a month and I have never been disappointed in it. I have not had any cons .... I have ordered extra tubes for the tires...Just to be proactive This way I have them should I ever need them...I hate waiting for stuff to come through the mail LOL. Do Yourself a Favor...if you are looking for an electric Bike! Order from this company... Well worth it. You Will NOT BE Disappointed ... show more

SECOND UPDATE: CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER RESPONDED TO MULTIPLE EMAILS REGARDING AN ERROR CODE 020. IF YOU ENCOUNTER THE CODE TO SAVE YOU TIME, CHECK ALL CABLE CONNECTIONS. WE WERE ABLE TO FIND THE PROBLEM AND FIX IT ON OUR OWN, BUT WE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND FINDING A LOCAL BIKE SHOP AND MAKING YOUR PURCHASE WHERE YOU KNOW YOU CAN GET IT SERVICED. Review update: after 5 months the bike is showing an error code. The manual does not have any errors codes listed in its trouble shooting and customer service has been unresponsive. The throttle will not work and my daughter is unable to ride. We are well within our one year warranty and purchased the 2 year extension. While my daughter loves this bike, as a parent I have concerns. It is a bit difficult to put together, directions were not entirely clear. It has a lot of power behind it. ... show more

I've rode this as a daily commuter for 300 miles. Right off the start the bike was GREAT! Battery lasted over 4 hours of biking around pure electric. If you purchase this, make sure to check EVERY nut, bolt, screw and cord as some of them were loose or disconnected. I almost lost my back reflector and the brakes were scary loose to start. I do like this bike. The size, speed, big wheels, style, comfort, horn, cruise control, blinkers and the removable battery. They even sent a phone holder and small bike lock with it. However, performance has started going down after 100 miles of use. - My brakes have always squealed/squeeked even just when the tires rotate (I have to take it to a shop to address this) - The motor stutters if I accelerate quickly feeling like it's struggling to get to speed - The speed control doesn't seem to be accurate. I have pulled back the throttle when on cruise control at 27 and it goes faster but doesn't change mph - The head light MELTED the plastic inside and fell apart leaving the pieces rattling around in the lamps - I've noticed the head light also drains my battery quicker when I'm using it at night - The blinkers work but the switch is not a great design. I often bump it while riding which signals that I'm turning when I'm not. The battery life is what hurts my heart the most. I get maybe 18 miles out of it when I used to get 40-45. I've only gotten 2 months/300 miles of use out of it so far. I always charge it and never leave it low. I live in a huge city and used to be able to bike to from one side to the other and back with plenty of life left. That is no longer the case. I think it's a great e-bike to start on but unless my battery is replaced and consistently holds a charge, I will likely upgrade to something different. ... show more
