The purchase and receipt went very smoothly. My son was able to ride the bike and loved it. However we received with some issues that have required us to stop using, and the company has been very responsive in working with us to remedy. We received the new parts in <2 weeks ( brake rotor and pedal), and the related problems were resolved. It is frustrating not to have use of a new bike for a few weeks, however the sometimes issues pop up, but in this case the seller handled them very well. Overall the bike was well packed, assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow....make sure to install the proper front axle bolt and have the locking tabs properly inserted in the holes in the fork. Noticed several reviews for wheels falling off, and this could be a factor. The bike performed as advertised, and my son is enjoying it very much. ... show more

EXTREMELY poorly made with inferior materials. The assembly instructions do not clearly label the need to replace the front "Shipping" axle with the "Riding" axle so the front wheel fell off as my son was riding it and broke his arm (within 1st week). All the screws come loose constantly (poor metal quality, not due to lack of tightening)(within first 3 weeks). The rear axle is stripped causing the motor wires to break (within first 2 1/2 months). Now the bike is USELESS! I emailed and messaged the seller/manufacturer and they have not helped. Poor customer service. ... show more

The bike came with a bent derailer. I’m sure it happened during shipping. I reached out to the company and they immediately rectified the issue. The bike is awesome and is faster than expected! It was easy to assemble. Don’t hesitate to order one if you’re on the fence about it.

It was not very hard to put together and it looks very nice the battery last for a longgg time and is very fun to ride. My 14-year old bought this bike so he could ride to school. It’s bigger than I expected. I thought it was a motorcycle. The tires are fat which would be good if he also went on dirt. He assembled the tires and what we else (I’m not really sure. It was done by the time I got home). It has a bright headlight and small tail light. The bike puts out enough miles per charge and speed for what he is using it for. It’s a good looking bike. He loves it! ... show more
