We purchased this e-bike as a Christmas gift, and it never powered on out of the box. We immediately contacted the seller and spent several weeks troubleshooting, installing replacement parts, and following all instructions provided. Despite repeated attempts, the bike never functioned. When troubleshooting did not resolve the issue, I requested a refund. Communication stopped after I made that request. I later filed an Amazon A-to-Z claim due to the lack of resolution. After filing the claim, the seller resumed communication and stated that I should have contacted them first — however, we had already been working together for weeks prior to filing the claim. As of this review, the product remains non-functional. I would strongly recommend buyers consider the difficulty of resolving defects with large items like this before purchasing . The problem is less about it not working upon arrival and more that I am out $650 and has received no sort of refund. Be very careful. ... show more

Awesome bike for by middle school son. Has put over 1,000 miles on it and very reliable. The problems that have popped up were actually covered in the 1 yr warranty, so for what its worth, having a company back up their product is very valuable.

Do not purchase! I bought two. The motor on one went out within a month, with the second motor going out shortly thereafter. I contacted the seller directly and he told me he would ship me replacement motors after the Chinese new year. Then crickets.
