It is not as wide as the picture makes it look, but the measurement is there and accurate so definitely go off the measurements provided. It was decently easy to assemble, just a tedious process, like all ready to assemble furniture. It looks great once done! One of the leg pieces was badly scratched to where we had to put it on the backside of the dresser to hide it, that's the only reason for 4 stars. It's decent quality, very sturdy, the drawers slide well and overall it's a great dresser.

The dresser was a little difficult to put together. The instructions are good but they could be a little more detailed. The size is good for a child’s room. It’s not as bulk heavy as expected but it’s perfectly fine for my daughter’s room.

I’m actually pretty upset. I was so excited to get this dresser and felt like I waited forever . It’s for my new baby girl and I just really wanted everything in order before she came It came in and I came across a major piece whose holes were on the wrong side of the board , preventing me from being able to assemble it . Waste of my time and very upsetting . It’s now last minute and I’m at square one

The packaging was great. No damaged pieces. A+++ on that. It looks great. The drawer rails are cheap and I really hope they hold up. They are only held in place by 2 tiny screws. It was tough to assemble. Most of the screw slots were too shallow for a #2 bit, a #1 bit was too small. Because of how shallow the stud screws were, they kept wobbling and wouldn’t start threading. You almost need a blunt Philips head screwdriver the size of a #2 screw. I used my Dremel to cut the tip off of a #2 bit. That worked better for me. Now the wall anchors were put in the absolute worst spot ever. The screw hole is almost completely even with the back board. The directions have you mount them before you put the top on the dresser. The problem with that is if you don’t know how far the dresser sits from the wall, you can’t adjust it after the fact. I had to go buy a 2-foot extension to put the screws into the wall because they also put it as far as they could in the top right and left corners. If you try screwing it in with a screwdriver, there is no room for you to turn the screwdriver. The extension has to go all the way past the front of the dresser so you can turn it. If the manufacturer reads this, move the top anchor screw hole forward 1/2 an inch and words the center 1/2 an inch. It would fix everything. Oh and use better screws. Now that it’s built, it looks great. I hope it holds up.

Be prepared to spend half a day to build this with 2 people but it's really lovely and the price was reasonable.
