Easy to put together. Looks great. Rides really nice. I cant wait to take it out on trails. Ive only used it in town so far and its really nice. Lightweight too. You can turn the front suspension on or off.

The media could not be loaded. My experience with the **HH Hiland 26 Inch Mountain Bike** has been incredibly disappointing, primarily due to a critical manufacturing defect. The front fork's misaligned tab, which is responsible for holding the brake caliper and its adjustment bracket, is welded in the wrong spot. This flaw renders the brake caliper beyond the scope of adjustment and unfixable without resorting to custom fabrication, which is both costly and impractical. **Pros**: - The bike's appearance is sleek and modern. **Cons**: - Critical manufacturing defect in the front fork - Inaccessible customer service for warranty or repair inquiries through amazon - Poor QC **Conclusion**: I advise caution when considering the purchase of a **HH Hiland Mountain Bike**. The inability to contact the seller or manufacturer for a replacement part has left me with no choice but to initiate a return. Purchased this for my wife to replace her Giant women's mountain bike. The quality for the price feels equal or greater to the Giant, and it's also a lighter bike overall which is great for her. The drop bar makes getting on and off easier with less leg lift over the bike required; it fits her great and she's very happy. After taking it to a local shop for a tune up, just because most new mail-order bikes can benefit from one, it's working great with no issues. Brakes work well, shifting is smooth and consistent, no weird rubs or noises. And the color is awesome! ... show more

The bike came with everything, seems decent quality (except for the seat which I replaced), and was pretty easy to put together. The packaging was pretty rough, the front rim came bent, and the box was partially torn open. I'm surprised everything was in the box honestly. They could definitely have better packaging. I got this bike so I can go on rides with my kiddos, I got the bike. It was easy to assemble took my about 20 minutes to put together. I was sad the seat could be a little more padded. And I had to order a water bottle holder to go with it. It was nice the holes where already in place for that. I love the color, it reminds me of my old bike when I was a kid. But my biggest complaint is there was no kick stand, had to buy that separately. Took it out for a 5 mile ride, it was great no issues so far. ... show more

UPDATE: Switched to three stars (from two) only because of excellent customer service. Seller refunded me entire cost of repairs from bike shop due to manufacturing defect/low part quality. Original review still otherwise applies for the bike itself. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Gave this to my daughter for her birthday, and it’s her favorite color and she loves riding it. But the handbrake just snapped in half during regular use, very disappointing. Buyer beware. Also, it was hard to assemble and I had to take it to a bike shop as the wheel was horribly out of true. ... show more
