Great bike! A little tricky to put together, with the fender part wanting to rub on the tire. The breaks squealed a lot and were not great when I first put it together. I rode it to my local bike shop and they ironed out all the kinks. I love this bike! It brings such freedom and joy to me! I love hopping on my bike a grabbing groceries and doing errands while getting fresh air. I love that I can push myself as hard as I want and not worry about getting to tired or sore the next day. The battery life is fantastic so far! I drive it multiple times without needing to charge it. One thing about this and all othe e-bikes, it’s heavy. I’m very pleased with this bike. I’m a senior and find the bike easy to ride and love the ability to use the electric motor when my legs get tired and I don’t have to worry about getting back home. The bike arrived earlier than expected, it is well built, works and looks great. After unpacking the bike, I noticed the seat standpipe had some paint damage and there was a small tear on the seat. I emailed customer service, and they responded in less than 24 hours, apologized, and offered a new seat, a refund for the paint damage, and a free saddle bag. The media could not be loaded. Awesome electric bike, good customer service! Incredibly, I can get a 500W electric bike for less than $700. I had a 350W before, but it has a weak motor, and I couldn’t climb a slope of 15°. This bike is super fun to ride And is really affordable. As shown in the video, all functions are complete. This ebike uses a key to start it and has a removable battery which makes it a great way to keep thieves from stealing your bike. It also came with a super comfy seat. I love it when I can ride without my butt getting sore.. I get about 25 miles pedal assist and about 1 and a half hours using just the throttle. This bike has 5 different battery options, more than 3 options, I noted 1 gets you going about 13 miles per hour… 2 gets you to 17 miles per hour…. 5 I was up to 28 miles per hour. I ride it to commute daily it is so fun to ride. Rise in oil prices, riding this is SAVE much money than driving, and it can also exercise. I also prefer the disk brakes and it comes with a headlight and a horn to alert people you might be approaching. The GELEISEN staff are very helpful in answering your questions and quick to respond. I'm not happy right now. It took forever to assemble this bike. Then a friend helped Tweek getting everything right. I finally got to use it. Put it in the garage and charge the battery, because they say you should do this. Now I can't get the bike to work. Screen won't light up. I've read stuff on line. Read the book. Go out try again and nothing. I try product support and it says no support for this item. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ... show more
