Extremely well made and easy to assemble. So many extras...cool tool kit, nifty tire pump, pretty much everything you need. Only issue I had was both fenders were bent during shipping. One I was able to straighten out, the other I contacted customer support for a replacement. Had an answer (will get a replacement) within 10 minutes! Amazing! Then couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights as there is nothing about lights in the manual...contacted customer support and again, within 10 minutes I had the answer: Turn on display, press the up arrow for about three seconds...Voila! Repeat to turn off lights. Bike handles extremely well. The power assist does take a little getting used to but the learning curve is easy. I will mainly use the pedal assist, level one, it's that powerful, however, it's easy to ride even in the regular, no power mode so I can still get a workout. Brakes are excellent right out of the box. Seat is comfy and I like the more upright position the handlebars put you in. VERY FUN BIKE! I'm enjoying riding again, so happy I bought it! Update: Received the replacement front fender and it's perfect. Truly amazing customer service - they follow through! I just wanted to leave a review for the Cybervelo E2 ebike. This is actually the second one I purchased because we liked the first one we bought earlier that we had to get a second one. Shipping was pretty standard via FedEx but you do need to have someone present to sign for the delivery. Ebikes in general are pretty heavy, and this one is no exception but it's around average weight compared to other standard ebikes. Assembly for the Cybervelo E2 is fairly straightforward, just make sure all parts are aligned and pointing in the correct directions. After building one bike, subsequent assemblies should be a breeze. The features are surprisingly solid for the entry price point and has a lot going for it including great shock absorption with the front forks and seat, impressive manual disc brakes, and responsive assisted pedal modes. I've gone for a few test rides and it's been a joy to use, I can't wait to take it for a long full day ride and see how far I can get with the giant battery. ... show more

It’s really pretty and the seat is comfortable for a bicycle seat. It came packaged really well with all parts present. My 19 yr old grandson put it together. But some issues were present, so took to bike shop and it cost $160 to redo some of it and tighten and straighten handlebars, seat etc. really needs someone with some experience with bikes to put together. Doesn’t need bike shop to assemble but we needed special tool as crank set was put on wrong way so we took to bike shop. It takes some getting used too if this is first e-bike. Also I am 5’8 and seat is in lowest position so would not buy if shorter person. It weighs 60 pounds so it’s heavy if transporting in truck. I am gonna get bike rack which will make it easier. Have not rode it much but it was fully charged when I got it. It has lots of power for me and I only have on level 1. When you peddle it speeds up so doesn’t require much peddling. I wish it had pedal brakes but it only has hand brakes. ... show more

Bike arrived per promised delivery. Easy to assemble, used both included instructions + video. Manual test ride: solid construction and gears/crank/breaks all functional. Took a star bc battery charger shows green light but neither battery nor bike control will light up or power up. Will update after troubleshooting and hearing back from customer service. ***UPDATE*** Contacted CBVELO customer service. Constant contact to work through the issue. Replacement battery received within the week. Started right up and ran as expected. Bike rides well. Happy customer--solid quality for the price point. ... show more

I love the bike. It’s very smooth and easy to ride. I love that. I can also pedal if I need exercise I recommended to all my wife and I enjoy taking long bike rides together and then even stopping for lunch before we get home. It’s great fun.

I love this bike. I researched several different brands of electric bikes. I was not sure how much I would actually ride it so I did not want to spend thousands on one. This price was very good and I love the classy look of it. The white with the tan seat and accents is gorgeous. It came pretty quickly and my husband assembled it in the garage in a few hours. I’m 5’2 and it’s a great size for me. Love the ease of shifting and changing the speed. I also like that you have to be pedaling to get the assist. This bike will really go!! I added a bag carrier on the back and have ridden it to work about 2 miles away several times. The battery stays charged for a lengthy time. Really love it! ... show more
