The bike is a decent e-bike, nothing to write home about, but decent quality and works as expected. Great for a teen or someone looking to putt around or get around a neighborhood for example. I really do like the wide tires for stability. The ride is comfortable, both on road and dirt/gravel/grass type paths. I would normally give this a 4/5 stars, what I expect, but not knock your socks off great on its own. However, we had a minor connector issue and working with HiKeep support was fantastic! They helped troubleshoot and were patient with the time differences and long communication delays on my part. Ended up narrowing down the believed culprit and sent the replacement part with no questions asked. Installed the new part and back to full functionality! So 5/5 stars because a good product with great support in my eyes equals a fantastic value and is worthy of the 5 stars. ... show more

I had a disappointing experience with this purchase. After assembling the bike, I discovered that the headlight, horn, and turn signals weren’t working. I found a small cut in the wiring on a brand-new product, and it also came missing the screw that holds the front fender. When I tried to return it, I was told returns weren’t accepted and that I should contact the manufacturer instead. Even if they agreed to replace it, that would mean starting a long, tiring process—disassembling, repacking, taking the heavy box to FedEx, and waiting for weeks. I admit I didn’t even contact them to avoid all that frustration. So I fixed it myself using waterproof heat-shrink connectors, and it worked. The bike rides well and feels solid, but be aware that getting support or warranty help can be very difficult. ... show more

I have to say that this has been one of the best & rewarding purchases I've done on Amazon. I mainly bought this to use at work (tons of nature trails). I've been using this almost daily and the amount of compliments this bike receives is a nice bonus. I would give this 5 stars but I did have adjust the fenders and brakes out of the box. And the seat was missing 3 nuts so I had to replace those ...other than that, this bike is truly awesome (customer service has been great as well) Quick bit of advice for anyone with a bike, do yourself a favor and get a mini portable air compressor! The one I have fits perfectly inside a little cargo bag that's attached to the bike. ... show more

This bike is good for the budget. When I got mine it was limited to 20 so the company sent me a new controller. You will need new breaks but when you first get it the brakes are fine.
