Received on 12/8/25. I was on the fence about purchasing this model for my wife and I to use. However, I put it together immediately and went for a ride and was very impressed at the build quality and ride comfort. The assembly took me about an hour and a half because I’m OCD about spacing/torque specs/scratches. But it could have been done sooner. I have about 20 miles on it already within 24 hours because it’s so comfortable! I spec’d out multiple commuter/cargo bikes as we really wanted one to carry our daughter on. But I kept landing back on this one after days of research. The battery life, uphill torque, ease of switching from pedaling to assist, ease of assembly, and overall looks have proven so far to be the best value for the money. I’ll also note that I am 6’4” and 230 pounds and it’s still a comfy ride. Coming in a couple hundred dollars cheaper than comparable bikes is also appealing. The icing on the cake was that it comes with flat passenger footpegs so my kiddo feels secure on the back. I could go on and on about this bike but I am so happy that we purchased this model. I’ll post again should anything negative happen but right now I have no complaints.

I love love this bike!! I can’t say enough about it! I got the child safety seat and my son and I love going for ride through town. It’s a very comfortable ride, battery holds a long charge, has all kinds of nice features. Also, the tires are big/fat ones with lots of tread for a smooth ride. Only hard part was attaching the safety seat bc the bolts are short, the area to reach to them is a tight squeeze, and the nuts are tiny. Also, needed another person to push the kid seat down to keep the bolts in places just to put the nut on. Otherwise, this bike is for the win and I get a lot of compliments on the cute pink color!

We ordered the pink and black one. We’ve enjoyed both very much. The only gripes are for the black bike and the passenger seat not fitting as it should. The pink bike had no issues on adding the passenger seat that came with the bike however the black bike mounting holes did not align with the bolts on the passenger seat. Overall a fun bike and very capable even on hills. I’m 6’2” and 330lbs and it carried me and my 5 and 2 year olds uphill with no real issues.

The bike is fantastic goes really fast and smooth , I had a problem with piece on the front fender breaking off but got in contact with their customer service and they were very nice and is replacing it. Overall would recommend the bike , great value/ customer service!

I love this bike!! Shipping was very quick (received in 3 days) and assembly was a breeze. If course, once I completed the assembly, I had to take her for a spin. Great handling, awesome power! I haven't rode a bike for 34 years but I am just as hooked now as I was in my twenties. Took it to a bike park and got up to 30mph, but ran out out straight-aways. I haven't yet drained the battery, but rode 10 miles and only used about 20% of the battery. I was hesitant to purchase, due to a couple negative reviews, but am so glad I went with this one! Very solid bike.

Arrived earlier than expected. Just finished putting the bike together, took less than an hour and came with all the tools necessary. The pictures were extremely helpful but the YouTube video was great. Color is perfect, everything Included to put together.Included a bike pump which was a great add. Plugging it in now and will update after a few rides.

Daughter loves the bike.. it does 35mph with me on it at 185 lbs. It is a bit heavy but rides good.. seat doesn't securely fasten if it is all the way down. Daughter is 52 inches and its a little tall for her..

I'm in love with this bike and so far it has been great for the family. I installed it myself but my husband made sure to properly tighten anything that needed it. It is heavy duty and well built. Added the handle in the back for my child. It does come with the passenger foot rest in the back.
