Includes all tools for assembly and maintenance, a cheap combination lock and (not mentioned in description, fenders). Everything comes well adjusted and working well, battery is pre-charged. Must first air up tires for stable ride. Ordered color navy but they shipped charcoal - I don’t mind..double check your order immediately to make sure there’s no substitution. .I added a supported rear rack. NOT waterproof! Light rain didn’t interfere with operation except the headlight fogged up..will disassemble, dry out, and seal it with silicone.

BUYER BEWARE - I purchased this bike in March 2026 and it was shipped out on time. The bike was defective. The range was less than 5 miles - the battery was so hot it could not be handled without gloves. This is where it gets great...MISODO wouldnt not reply to initial messages. I wanted them to replace the battery. I had to go for the full refund. I used Amazons messaging system to let them know that the bike was defective and I need a refund. They sent me a shipping label at my expense. I took the bike to the UPS store and they quoted me over $700 to get it back from Florida. I contaced MISODO and got the run around. They wanted me to purchase a battery tester to see if the bike would hold a charge etc. AMAZON A to Z gurantee is now involved and will have this resolved shortly. Lesson learned never do business with this company again.

(Edit/update: I contacted the seller with questions about the experience my brother had with the Navy bike, regarding battery life. I received prompt response from the seller, who advised me about documenting the bike usage by submitting photos and more information about the gearing, rider’s weight, etc - info I did not have since my brother has the bike and wasn’t able to get that information to me. He doesn’t have phone service. I ran into him in town today, where he was on the bike, and he said it’s doing great and he really likes it. I didn’t get time to ask specifics but assume any issue he had with battery life on his first ride was no longer a concern. I have changed my rating from three to five stars because of the seller’s quick and fair response and because my brother is completely satisfied with the bicycle. I would recommend this bicycle.) First review: The existing reviews don’t seem to be for the navy bike listed, that I ordered for my brother. He is a skilled mechanic but said the bike needed little assembly, which was quite simple and should not be difficult for most people. It’s a nice looking bike. He said the seat is comfortable and there’s plenty of power while the battery lasts - fully charged, it lasted only about an eleven mile ride. Hopefully the battery life will improve after a couple more complete charges and uses. The day was fairly cold, between 40-45 and the road is hilly in places, so perhaps that was an issue. If it doesn’t improve then I will contact the seller and possibly return it. I will update this review, to be fair to the seller and so potential buyers will know more about how the bike performs.

This bike will not power on. I have tried every suggestion on the troubleshooting page, I have tried to reach out to the seller, but I guess they must be in China because they want you to wait 48 hours for a reply, and typically that would be OK, but my son's Birthday is in 6 days, and I would rather not give him an ebike that he has to pedal, that weighs 8-10 times more than his current bike. So, again I get to be the deadbeat dad that gives the thoughtless gift card or cash....Thanks Amazon. Now I just need to figure out how to get this bike back in the box so I can return it... should be fun...

I’d give 0 stars if possible. It’s a good bike, but could be better for the price if we weren’t sent one with a defective back tire. Had the bike for 1 day and already having to replace the inner tube twice, and now looking into buying a new tire in general…for a $400 bike… 🙄 Probably would not buy another bike from this brand.

the battery life doesn’t last as long as it says it does and I didn’t even go past 15mph n it wouldn’t last 2 hours like I guess it’s just not really meant for long distance
