This bike is excellent, however I feel the battery life is deceiving.. I use this for regular work commute, and I feel the 65 mile battery life is boasting. I think the 65 miles per battery-life is based upon a first-level out of 5 levels pedal assist with constant exertion to is where they have 65 miles per battery life. However, constant battery life, i.e: full throttle with L.E.D lights at night, makes basically a 20 M.P.H round trip. So keep this in mind when purchasing. With all that said, hardware manufacturing, (metal frame, comfortable software compatibility toward human user) is superber . You will have a flawless and enjoyable ride with anything less than <15miles with full throttle. However anything more than than that” is arguable for enjoyment. Thanks. Sales a profession for anything, let alone sales or E-bike full throttle distance

Arrived within the 7 days as advertised. Great bike for the price, the 5 level pedal assist works very well and is easy to use, and even on zero in full manual pedal mode, the bike is very easy and smooth to ride, and not as heavy as other E-Bikes, very solid when fully together. I was able to travel 30 miles on a bike trail while in assist mode 3, and was still above half battery, bare in mind that is in good sunny weather conditions, and few drastic inclines. Mileage and battery life my very on heavy slopes, and weather conditions, luckily the bike works very well when used as a traditional bike also when switched off. Only concerns so far if, according to the manual the bike is not fully waterproof, so heavy rain could be an issue, and I have to dock at least one star for one of the tools breaking in the process of putting it together, and the instructions could be better. Finale thoughts Good E-Bike for the price, would very much recommend as long as you have common sense, and base technical skills when putting it together. I'm probably going to upgrade the bike with airless tires so I won't have to worry about punctures.

The battery range is only 8 miles not 65 miles as advertised the rear brake caliper doesn’t work properly the chain cover fell off of the pedal sprocket so the chain comes off when I pedal. I called Amazon they emailed the seller whom never responded! Don’t buy this bike it’s garbage. The seller wanted me to run test on a bike that I bought to ride not have to fix. I’ve had it since April 6th it’s now may 1st and I’m still dealing with the seller since Amazon canceled my A-Z return claiming I didn’t give enough information when I called 4 days in a row. When I skipped a day calling they cancelled my return. The customer service representative from Amazon asked if I read the return policies before I purchased the bike. Of course I didn’t who does. He told me I could’ve returned the bike already but it would cost me over $125 so I’d be losing my. He didn’t care.

Been commuting on this for a couple weeks now. Very happy with the quality. It's a bit small so I did add an145mm riser stem for more relaxed riding. Also swapped out the tires for some Schwalbe marathon, so i dont have to worry about flats. Fairly easy to assemble. I was impressed that the brakes were adjusted properly and the wheels were spinning true. It goes plenty fast at 25mph on only throttle. Love the cruise control, and auto shutoffs on the brakes and throttle. Yes, the accessories are cheap, what do you expect at this price point? awesome bike for the price thus far, we will see how it holds up.

Purchased for my grandson as a way to get to his part time job. The pedals keep coming loose. One has come completely off a few times. Not only is it a pain to keep fixing but it's dangerous.

the bike overall quality is good ,needed minor adjustments to the brake pads, it is easy to assemble comes with some tools , the seat is very uncomfortable no springs of any kind , the bike is on the small size , ok for teens or small adults measures around64 inches long when a regular adult bike measures 60 inches , to small for me I'm 5' 9" only and is not a good fit

The bike did not perform as described in the product description. It couldn't climb hills and brakes weren't very good. The seller was not very responsive. The return shipping was $180 and the location was 50 miles away so I drove there to drop it off and they refused to accept the bike in the box so I had to drive back and ship it. It's taken over 3 weeks to process the return with many calls to Amazon customer service. Amazon did a good job of battling with the seller to to process the refund.
