Hard to find a decent omega 3-6-9. Most of them make little difference. This one seems to be good, starting to notice a bit of difference. Plus when you cut these open, the oil is real. Some cheap brands seem to just have soy oil and water in them. Recommend this brand

My doctor told me that I had a deficiency in the omega world. I knew I would be since fish and the omega world isn’t my cup of tea. I have struggled with lipids and seafood ish foods for most of my life. However, these lemon flavored fish oils are not bad at all! I mean, I don’t even taste the fish oils at all or smell them making it more palatable. I hope too see more improvements in my omega and lipids in my next follow up appointment. I shall revert back when I get my results and share if the product is to deliver its benefits.
