This was perfect for our ~50lb dog who likes to hide in/under things to feel secure but didn't need a crate any more. It's roomy and appropriate for indoor spaces. Setup was super simple and the frame is deceptively strong - the "roof" quickly became a favorite spot for our ~12lb cat and we've also stored a huge comforter on top of it for awhile without issue. The house doesn't look bad in a bedroom or living room (and looks a heck of a lot nicer than a metal crate). Of course it won't hold dogs that do need the containment of a true crate, but it's a great alternative for dogs that just want a secure place to settle in.

I received the item today and assembled it right away; it went much faster and easier than I expected. I imagine it would be significantly easier to do with two people rather then attempting it alone. I purchased the XXL size for my 93 pound Border Collie. I'm very pleased because the sizing is generous and the overall fit looks great. The packaging was excellent, and I was initially puzzled to find a tape measure included, I later realized-along with the spare parts-that it was a complimentary bonus gift. During assembly, I felt that having two people would be beneficial; specifically connecting the poles requires a fair amount of force to ensure they are pushed all the way into their sockets. Additionally, when zipping up the enclosure to complete the setup, it is much smoother and easier if two people pull the fabric taut together. The quality is truly outstanding for the price point. My dog dislikes overly soft bedding, so I removed the included cushion and replaced it with a rug we had been using previously. I was worried that my dog might feel confined and refuse to go inside, but the interior turned out to be much more spacious than I anticipated; he can even turn around naturally inside, so I am extremely satisfied. I was particularly happy that my dog didn't show any signs of discomfort right from the very start. If you are currently looking for a sleeping space for large dog, I highly recommend this product as an excellent value-for-money option. Thank you for reading my review.

This little house is made great and can hold cats on top without it collapsing. I actually had to order another one because our cats and dog loved it so much and I didn’t want them to fight over one 😅. It was also very easy to assemble.

We bought this for our 3 month-old weimaraner puppy. She is getting adjusted to sleeping in this at night. I wish the material on the bottom mattress pad and the house itself was a little tougher as she wants to chew it. This is why I gave it a four star rating. The softness is nice but if she can get beyond the chewing stage so that it lasts I will change it to a five star rating. We are hoping that she will grow to love this house and just go in this to sleep at night. It was very easy for my husband to assemble and it fits great in the space in our bedroom. It is roomy enough for her to grow into it.

It was bigger than I imagined. I see why people were complaining about it ripping. If you do not have all of the parts snapped together well or all the way in the house will not fit around the frame. Once I went around to make sure all the parts were pushed in all the way it was perfect. And I bought it thinking my 16 lb dog would just fit but I think I could have fit 3 of them in there. It's very nice and a good replacement for the soft houses that my dog just would end up smashing and sitting on top of.

Cheap. Fabric tore in one day of use. Pillow portion so cheap you could feel the floor through it. Just not good for the price. Shouldn’t even cost half the price. Disappointing.
