Assembly was straightforward and took roughly one hour from unboxing to ride-ready. The process requires some patience, but everything went together without any issues. I'd recommend having your own Allen wrenches on hand — one of the included ones stripped, but using my own set worked much better. The battery arrived at about three-quarters charge, which was a nice surprise. Both tires were low — one at 12 PSI and the other around 18 PSI — against the recommended 20 PSI. I had already purchased an electric air pump in anticipation, so topping them off was quick and easy. The bike performs perfectly. It reaches 25 mph with no issues, and at 6'2" and 195 lbs, the sizing is ideal for my frame. The wide tires are a standout feature — they handle both pavement and grass with ease. I live in a community with ponds, golf courses, and walking trails, and this bike is absolutely ideal for that environment. I highly recommend this bike. Excellent craftsmanship, the installation was smooth for the most part, however some of the tools provided are faulty. I had to pull out my own toolbox to handle certain parts. The size of the bike fits me perfectly & I'm only 5'5.. the weight is easily manageable for it to be 95 lbs, the ride is even smoother.. battery was practically full on the test ride and once finished. Overall, a 10/10.. definitely worth the price and delivery! (the phone mount does not come with the bike, but I did purchase off of Amazon as well for under $20. ... show more

The bike shows up packaged very well. It's heavy-ish so you may need help getting it to where you want to finish assembly. This is my first electric bike so I didn't want to go crazy and spend 1500 on something I really didn't know much about. My decision was a perfect one! After getting it put together, I had to wait a day to ride it but it was worth the wait. I've never had so much fun on a bike(well maybe when I was a kid) and I'm 59 next week. Anyway, 25 mph is cruising for a bicycle. I can believe there are some bikes that will do 45+. If your on the fence about this choice I hope i can help you out by saying do it. Even with the hundred dollar delivery tag, I paid just under 550 and for what you get it's worth every penny. The bike is very well built and although I may go to a bike with higher speeds later this Funhang will be with me for years. I will continue to look for the Funhang brand when I do because this is a quality bike. You are not going to beat the cost for quality! It has a headlight, taillight with turn signals a horn and a nice digital display that makes riding and changing gears so easy. If you're looking to getting into biking with an e-bike this is an excellent start. You won't be going wrong here. So hey, buy it... get outside and have some fun. Wear a helmet and always be a safe as possible. I am "upgrading" my bike with a cell phone mount and a bigger seat for my fat butt (still in the mail). Let's start by saying this bike is awesome. I didn't pay for the somebody to put it together. I did that myself and is very easy. It took me about 30 minutes to put it together. The battery was almost fully charge so I made sure it was charge before I went for a ride. The fat tires are great, the different modes to ride make it easy to save the battery charge. I went for about 45 minutes ride using the battery only, and when I got home the battery was showing that it was still fully charge with the power display lights. I highly recommend this ebike, I like it so much, I'm buying another one for my wife. ... show more

I cant say enough good things about this ebike. If you are looking for a budget friendly bike that performs and looks amazing this is your ebike. I got up to 19 mph (and quite frankly that was enough for me). Its smooth, the motor whirrs and the tires, boy oh boy, it rides through everything. i live in florida so there is sand, hot pavements, gravel you name it, it handles it all. The bike is very heavy for me but i dont have to lift it anywhere so thats not a problem. If you live in a walk up beware!! ... show more
