Can't say enough good things about this Boxer-ST ebike. I loved it so much that I bought the smaller Corgi version for my wife a few weeks later. Couldn't be happier. Arrived quikcly after purchae and put it together in just under 2 hours. The front fork had a bad weld on the bottom - called Puckipupy and they send me a new fork in 3 days. Great customer service. As for the Boxer S's performance, it's a beast. I've riden it on some very gnarly off-road trails and it handles flawlessly - very solid feel. On the street and bike paths, I ve got it up to over 35 mph. The motor and battery combination are excellent. They advertise up to 80 miles on a single charge. I got slightly over that - around 85 miles. The comfort of the fuly suspended bike can not be overstated. I'm 220 pounds and it feels like riding a cushy Cadillac. I mostly use this bike for off-roading, hunting and fishing, and I really apreciate the 400 pound payload capacity for loading up all my gear.

This bike was purchased for my wife and thus far she's been enjoying it. Out of the box it was easy to assemble although I noticed the derailer couldn't shift into the largest gear, I tried to adjust it but now it wont shift into the smallest gear. I'm honestly going to attribute that to my own lack of skill, but it was slightly annoying. The bike came with a plethora of free accessories which was really nice. The bonus accessories where a front basket, left and right rear view mirrors, phone holder, bike lock and helmet. The front basket looks and feels nice with a wood base. The mirrors are okay, but plastic so not the highest clarity. The phone holder was pretty basic, but clamps on solidly, not afraid of my phone falling out at all. The bike lock looked nice with a dimple key. I don't have any dimple picks/rakes so I can't really test the quality of the core, but it should work just fine for its purpose. The helmet is adjustable and once adjusted fits my wife just fine. Frankly this kit will get you on the road, and works well enough, but I personally would prefer to upgrade the mirrors and phone holder. As for the ride... There where two things I noticed right away with this bike. First of all the bike really wants to go fast, almost to a fault. In the lowest pedal assist mode the bike really feels like it wants to push to 13 MPH, regardless of what gear you're in or how fast you pedal. The second thing is how dreamy the suspension feels compared to my own bike. Maybe my own bike isn't adjusted properly, but riding this bike felt so much more comfortable than my own. I took this bike down a trail that I regularly ride that really jostles me around on my own bike if I ride to fast and there was a night and day difference. The suspension on this bike is really top notch. Now for customer service, I only have the best to say as of right now. The company called a day or two after the bike was delivered to make sure everything arrived correctly and make sure there where no problems. I hope I wont have to deal with any problem with the bike, but I feel pretty confident that their CS will do their best to take care of me if I have to call. Other thoughts or comments... I'm not a huge fan of the light that comes with the bike. It's pretty basic and puts out light fairly focused directly in front of you. I haven't had a chance to test a night ride but from what I've seen in my driveway I'm not terribly excited to try. My wife doesn't ride at night, so it's not really a big deal. Also the light normally mounts to the fork and turns with the wheel, but once the basket is on, you have to mount it to the basket as would otherwise hit the basket once the shocks compress. This fixes the light to be in line with the bike and not the front wheel, so you'll only be able to see where you're pointed, not the direction the bike is going to go. There's also no mud flaps/guards or tail light. I knew this going in, so this didn't surprise me, but just commenting. There's also mounting points for a rear basket/rack/seat. The bike has a max payload of 400lbs, so assuming you're an averaged size rider, you could like carry quite a bit of groceries or a second small passenger if you're so inclined. It's nice to have the options. One other thing that my wife is having to deal with is how tall the bike is. I can't remember where I saw it, but I believe the recommended rider height was 5'1" to 6'1". With 26" wheels this bike saddle sits fairly high. I had to lower it the lowest it can realistically go and my wife can just barely touch the balls of her feet to the ground and she measures in at 5'5". Shorter riders might want to give this consideration. Final thoughts/would I buy this again? To put it simply, yes, I'd be perfectly happy buying this bike again for my daughter and/or son. It would work perfectly well for commuting to and from work or school. There's plenty of accessories that could be added to this bike to make it a truly custom ride. The aggressive motor gives me concern about trying to navigate through crowded areas, but the great suspension and mountain bike tires, this bike feels like it would be at home on the trails and does well on the open road. Ultimately if I could, I'd give this bike a 4.7/5 stars, and be happy to recommend it to my friends and associates.

I received my BoxerST a few days earlier than expected, and was pleasantly surprised! My experience with this bike has been nothing but amazing! It makes riding enjoyable again! The pedal assist feature makes pedaling effortless, and the throttle makes cruising easy and fun! This bike rides well on and off the road, and even through the sand. And the battery life is outstanding! I love going on bike rides again!

I decided I would order one, so I decided on the green color because I’m going to use it for hunting during Bows season so green color will blend in I was very surprised it arrived today one day earlier than what they said it would. They also called and asked how I was enjoying it, which was nice. Got it put together. Still trying to figure it out how it works But I think I will enjoy it.

I am one of those Amazon Customers that does not write reviews unless something really bad happens or something really good happens. This is not a review of the Bike (Boxer ST) itself, more of a review of the company (Puckipuppy) Bike purchased 6.15.24 Upon arrival, Stem Bolt was stripped and rusted; I did not receive a new Stem Bolt (as I hoped for) but instead was given a 50$ gift card (I do not remember if it was an Amazon one or a Visa). Not what I was hoping but hey, its fine and will be fine as long as I never need to remove the bolt. Nearly 1 year later (~6.20.25) the Inner Lock Barrel exploded. Contacted Puppy and they sent a new one, within 3 days via USPS, free of charge and no questions asked. All they wanted was my Amazon Order Number, which was easy enough. This is the experience that prompted this review. 4 stars as the problems above happened ~1 year of ownership and I do not think should ever be problems to begin with. If you ever do need to contact Puppy, its done via email, 24hours in-between each message sent. I had a new email from Technical every morning at 0600 on the dot without fail. David
