Review of initial quality Got roughly 150 miles on it ZDZA E BIKE Shipping was quick, 3 days. Package was undamaged, bike wrapped well and in perfect condition. Digital display is very colorful and beautiful Unpacking and Assembly was 45 min to an hour. Tools included. Bike electronics were shipped in pas 3 modes and I had to message zdza to get unlocking procedures. I'm 5' 10" tall. I'm just barely big enough for the bike. Bike is heavy, but tough and ready for hard biking. 70 lbs ish Pas mode 3 Smooth shifting easy comfortable pedaling. If your in pedal assist mode three which tops out at 21 m.p.h. you could get 30 miles off a charge. If you use the bike in PAS mode 4 like 30 m.p.h. battery will discharge fast. Seat is mostly comfortable for a 15 mile ride. Bike can be used like a motorcycle by the throttle alone. This uses lots of energy lower mileage on a battery cycle. Lights and refrigerators are good. Get a bike helmet a accident at 30 m.p.h. could crack your head open. Note in any pas mode 1,2,3 or 4 if you pedal the power will kick on with a moment delay. For some reason this caught me off guard. Be careful of this when slowing down. Breaks are good. But the bike goes very fast and is slow if going 30 m.p.h. Over all so far the bike is fun and a bit awesome. Start slow and get used to the bike. It takes time to be comfortable with the systems and using them seamlessly. Bike looks good feels good and front suspension is adjustable to your weight and style.

When it came in, it was easy to set up and was straight forward. Very good value for your money! Very happy with it!! It was fast going on flat roads and very good uphill. Its super fun to drive as well! It functions smoothly and how it should. Ive gotten up to 34 mph downhill and could have gotten farther. It gets me from very good distances. Its super comfortable for being a bike. I switched from a e longboard for this and it's the best decision of my life! when it came in, it didn't go as far as it wanted. I reached out to them and got a full refund and got the parts I needed. Still very happy with the product. DOWNSIDE!! The brakes are very bad on this. It lasted me 246 miles until both brakes broke and I had to get new ones. BUY NEW BRAKES WHEN YOU GET IT!!! I also got new peddles because mine started to click. But its not a big issue.

UPDATE 3 MONTHS LATER: The 3rd ZA03 bike has failed in an extremely dangerous and frightening way. (The second time they sent me a ZA01 should of foreshadowed this, but I was stupid, and took the replacement instead of the refund). I was coming home from work, cruising along, and I noticed my bike speeding up, on throttle mode, just a little at first. and I though, okay, batteries, the bike has 75 miles, maybe something silly is going on. Until it started throwing an EXTREMELY similar error as my second ZA01, the controller and motor were no longer communicating correctly. The throttle on the bike was wide open. I am approaching an intersection, a large SUV is coming, I am not sure what to do, so I just bail, fall off the bike, police were called, my smashed up bike is currently being held by my states crash investigation unit. I am ashamed I put myself, and others whom I have let try it, in this danger. ZDZA, I am not looking for a refund. I don't know what I am looking for. I gave you guys 5 days to respond to me via email and you never did. So I am forced to once again, adjust my review. UPDATE: I am still extremely displeased. I asked for a 3rd replacement model, the folding model? and upon my second voyage out, the nut that secures the front fender and light on fell off, normally this wouldn't be an issue, and I could just find a replacement nut/bolt. Little did I know, I cant find one anywhere. So I had to take the fender off and affix the light to a part of the bike that doesn't turn when i turn my handlebars. The new model OTHERWISE seems to be holding up, but there is a different squeak/rubbing noise nearly every time I take it out. (The only reason the review is getting 3 stars is because the company really does seem to care about your purchase.) I also find that the range PAS only is about half of what they claim. And I live in a generally flat area, and the motor is never kicking out more than 1500 watts at a time. I am just going to have to lay in the bed I made and deal with this bike, and when I get enough money to purchase an E-Bike, I will do so from a reputable and LOCAL dealer What a sage this has been. THEY DELETED MY FIRST REVIEW. AND HAVE BEEN EMAILING EVERYDAY FOR A CHANGE SO HERE WE ARE. HERES THE UPDATE THEY SO DESPERATELY WANT. Bike one came with threads showing on the bike tire, bent up fenders, and the motor would cut on/off randomly. It was fun to ride the WHOLE 2 miles I rode the first one, and the 8 MILES I rode the 2nd one they sent. The bike was comfortable to ride until the second time I rode it, and literally almost got hit by a car because the engine just started accelerating and would not stop unless you turn PAS off. I literally had to bail off the bike, it ran into a fence, and now I have to replace part of a neighbors fence. It obviously is very easy to use and control, but the build quality is just SO SO bad. I understand that this is a little bit of a budget bike, but it could at least work. I have no idea where to start on getting a replacement. I really do not want a replacement from this company. The bike is extremely unsafe, and if you value your life you would not buy this bike. GO FOR SOMETHING ELSE. I literally just searched on Reddit and found another user mentioning ZDZA by name for THE SAME ISSUE. MAKE IT RIGHT ZDZA
