This bike continues to exceed my expectations and I am so glad I got it. This bike was easy to assemble, given the instructions that were provided in the manual. It only took me about 15 minutes to assemble, as I got slightly confused when adjusting the bike seat. Once the bike was assembled, I filled the tires with the appropriate amount of air and went for a ride. INCREDIBLE performance. As a 230 lb person, this bike handles wonderfully and can really hold a decently sized person, plus some weight in an additional storage basket. I added a basket on the back to carry my backpack and occasionally small grocery store runs. I bought a new seat, as the stock one was very stiff and uncomfortable for my personal preference, but the brakes handle well, however they should probably be replaced/adjusted regularly if you are a frequent rider. This bike overall is very sleek in style, and doesn't immediately look like an electric bike. The battery charges fairly quickly and can last days between usage, depending on how frequently you ride, and how often you use the throttle. The bikes power doesnt exceed 20 when using the throttle, but with pedal power, I have been able to reach 25mph. Fantastic bike, zero complaints!

I'm very happy with this ebike. It was very simple to assemble, and I had no trouble learning how to operate it.. It's a blast to ride and also handles very well. I live on a very steep hill and my new ebike climbs it easily. It's great to be riding again! I haven't tried to fold it and transport it yet. It seems a little heavy, but we'll see. I still love it.

Love this bike…. This is my second ebike. First one still riding at bf house…. This one is so cool. It is a smooth ride and the extra push uphill is great. haven’t had a chance to put in my car yet… it is a little awkward to fold up. Also weighs 62 pounds so gotta work out so I can pick it up lol. I am so grateful for e-bikes. I have COPD so breathing is tough and bpm was hitting 150 on a regular bike…. Now I can ride longer and farther and turn on that “helping” hand when I get winded. I recommend this bike. Worth the price. Don’t need a $1000.00 one.

Love this bike for moving about an RV park or campground. Not tested for range as of yet. Update later. Also found it was easier to buy an extra battery to have charged and on deck when the first one runs out. In comparing to a friends ebike whose battery compartment is sealed, this one doesn't appear to be. I cover the bike ir store indoors when rain is expected. Controll screen is mainly intuitive and not excessively bright at night; if the screen light is too bright, night riding ia impossible. Seat is comfy and adjustable. Headlight is strong and adjustable but no turn signals, as some of these ebike have. Pedaling give a significant boost so be careful especially in sandy and uneven terrain. Gear shift is adequate and relatively smooth. Tires are not super knobby so depending on terrain upgrade may be in order. The ivanti back rack is a great solution compared to others because of the size and sides hold items in place.

This was supposed to be my son's transportation to work, 8.5 miles from where he lives. The first day, there was a flat tire. After replacing the tube, the other tire repeated with another flat 4 days later. No apparent cause, if you ignore the fact that he was riding on New Jersey streets/sidewalks. No broken glass or other debris visible. Then there was possibly a week without incident. The next surprise was when the wheel blew out. That does not appear to be fixable; replacement of the wheel is required. Please note the green spot in the attached photo. I notified the manufacturer in the manner they requested: a form on their web page, to which their card enclosed in the original packaging gave the entire URL, not just the landing page. Sent that nonsense on 3 different dates. There wasn't even an auto-response saying they received the email and would contact me shortly. The entire response from manufacturer was ... dead silence. So now, because of the hours he works, instead of using "green" transportation, he is paying $30-40 (one-way) for uber. I can't even return this ebike, because he still needs to get to and from work. But the hi-tech, eco-friendly PITA must work properly and not (like my old Triumph Spitfire) spend more time being fixed than providing transportation. Given that history, I suppose 1 star might be considered generous. It sure feels that way to us.

Seems very well built, came mostly assembled, rides nice and is maneuverable for a heavy bike--and I'm 70yo. I ride it in pedal assist 1 and it easily goes 18-20mph. However, sometimes I want a more leisurely ride and when I asked "customer service" about this, their answer was "use the throttle". If I wanted to use the throttle I would have bought a scooter, not a bike. I discovered, on my own, that if I pedal VERY slowly in PA-1 I can ride at 13-15mph. And it's not "white", it's beige- the helmet in the pic is true white. Second pic is the control panel; I stopped to take it when the bars vanished, but one popped back up after I stopped. I went about another 1/2 mi before it died completely. Same battery mileage on subsequent rides (regardless of my speed). For context, I weigh 135lbs, ride a flat paved trail in pedal assist 1 (no throttle), correct tire pressure, no cargo, light breeze, 70°. If I can't get 40miles per charge (with perfect conditions) I doubt anyone can. If I want to ride more miles per day, I'll split it between two rides with a charge in-between, I won't buy another battery for $180.
