Put it together in 15 seconds, literally. It comes with a magnetic timer so that’s convenient, and it also comes with a small spongy pad for your knees to rest on. So it’s easy to use on hard wood floors even. You really do feel it in your abs, back and legs. But it’s not uncomfortable or feels like you’re going to get hurt. (I have acute sciatica and a herniated disk). It’s kind of like doing planking and crunches at the same time. I like it and for the money, it’s worth getting and trying. Only thing I don’t like is the squeaky noise it makes.

I got this product a little less than then a week ago. I mean it seems okay. Maybe a little cheap then again I wasn't getting one of the expensive ones I knew that. I don't know if it's by design but one of the wheels doesn't fully turn. It was easy enough to put together even if the instructions are slightly unclear. The pictures helped and it's holding my weight. Which is basically what I asked for so I can't really say it's super good or really bad

This little machine is awesome! It’s super easy to assemble. I am not in the greatest shape these days at age 61, 180 lbs, 5’5” and I thought I would try it. I’m shocked that I can easily do the exercise. I’m starting at 10 reps twice a day and I’ll build up. I think this is a great product for its ease of use plus the reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Timer was not included. Incredibly cheap build quality, won’t last a month. Automatic return is a gimmick. No spring strength whatsoever. Elbow pads keep coming off, will need to glue them on if the roller lasts long enough for me to get to it. Seriously, this item is grossly overpriced Chinese junk. Do not waste your money…
