I bought samsung A11 and it arrived quite late (shipping error, not the sellers fault) but the phone kept freezing and took considerable amount of time to respond to touch, and phone would freeze if you took a picture of a moving subject, ie take a landscape photo while driving, I contacted the seller first thing, and seller excepted return, shipped me a shipping label by mail cause I dont have a printer or access to one, also cause it arrived late I had to intercept the package cause I moved already to another home, the seller also refunded me the interception fee for the phone then, I bought a new one (samsung s10e) from the the seller, waiting for the arrival the seller took full responsibility for the item, and their first priority is to make sure their costumers are satisfied Thank you Stalion ReQuip, looking forward to shopping from your store again! ... show more

I remember Samsung being a quality device. My Poco, the last phone, was better. I am likely selling this one and buying a Poco again. PROBLEM: Voice commands SUCK on this one. Need to standing on top of it (no really) but less than arm's distance. Be sure there is no background noise, like a fan or normal, windows rolled up traffic/road noise, NO WORKIE! BUT, infinitely better than any iCrap. [aPple] My friend was so proud of his brand new one. My Poco made it look like a $2K door strop. iCrap is STILL iCrap.
