As with any new gizmo, it takes a little work to get the hang of it. This is no different than trying to get some infants to latch on. It takes work and practice for some. Generally speaking, however, once all the parts are in place, it's just a matter of physically pumping the mid section of the device to create suction and get the milk flowing. The directions are straight forward. I like that it doesn't contain a lot of harmful plastics, it is easy to clean and easy to use. All of those elements mean that the new mom s more apt to use it--and that's best for the baby. When it is time to get the milk out of the container, it's an easy process as well.

I'm really happy with this so far. The material is safe and easy to clean, which are both so important. It fits fine and is really easy to use, even for this new-to-pumping mom! I've had no leaks when testing out the stopper, and it pours out easily with no problems!

This gives me about 2 ounces of letdown. It has good suction and is comfortable to wear, just slightly on the big side

This manual pump is composed of a soft silicone that has a good suction. The milk stopper is a nice feature to help prevent any milk loss.

My wife wanted these to have something more portable and easier to manage than a breast pump. They work by way of suction and they seem to do a good job. With some pumps, it's easy to get the wrong flange size which results in pain and not always getting a good suction. With these, it's one size fits all and it's a lot easier and more intuitive to use.
