This is my second baby using only this pump while working full time and feeding my baby only breastmilk, even though I have the much more expensive electric options available. I get more milk, more quickly than any of the other pumps I have ever used. I am able to pump 4-8 ounces each session in five minutes at max! This is the best hand-pump there is on the market in my opinion. Easy to use. You do need a flange to get the best output. It is quiet compared to the electric ones. I used this one mainly at night to not wake anyone up. You will need to purchase the small replacement parts every few months for the best output. I bought multiple storage bottles too.
