Easy to put on and adjust, comfortable, and he said he felt better as soon as it was on and tightened. purchased May 31, 2025, Elastic Abdominal Binder Lower Waist Support Belt Got this to help fix my Diastasis Recti, you know when your 6-pack turns in to 2 triples and moves to the sides. Needed something to hold things close while I do the exercises to mend them back together. Looks nicely made with good stitching. Has 5 ridged splints in the back to give plenty of back support and the material is very breathable. The tension straps do their job to keep everything tight unlike those that are nothing more than wide elastic bands. All in all, I think it will do the job I bought it for, plus it helps my back also.

Bought this to help recover from hernia repair surgery. I was completely opened up and was given a binder when I left the hospital but it starts to bunch up. This one have sturdy pieces on the back to help that to not happen. This thing has been helpful when my body is tired and I start to hurt.
