I’ll start off by saying I am not a “chair aficionado”, and that I only rarely review products. In this instance, I felt compelled to do so. I upgraded to the X100 from a Razer Enki gaming chair as I spend a great deal of screen time and needed something which which provides significant support and works for both productivity and gaming. I do not regret this purchase one iota. This chair is quite simply spectacular in every respect. I compared the X100 to the Herman Miller chairs at my place of business, and I am completely unable to discern a difference. While I require it, I tend not to use “lumbar support” as it never seems to truly provide comfort or relief. The fact that the lumbar support in this chair is vertically adjustable by quite a degree absolutely delivers. I have it set _exactly_ where I need it, and it helps me considerably retain posture. The arm rests have ~6” of horizontal movement front/back, and 45 degree cant in/out which fits every comfort situation I have yet to encounter. As a plus, the arm rests have the capability to be levered 90 degrees upwards and out of the way. Company support has been nothing short of fantastic. They reached out to me a reasonable number of times; not to sell anything, but simply to check in and ask for personal feedback. Response time from them has consistently been less than a day. I do recommend the seat pad upgrade: which in my case was free utilizing the documentation included with the chair. Made a magnificent product even more comfortable. Assembly took 20min, if that. Very straightforward. The combination of a fantastic product, and the stellar customer support, has earned ELABEST a loyal customer in me. I have already recommended to multiple people, and will continue to do so.

Update: Customer support reached out and Ada provided fantastic service. I'm very happy with my version of the chair. The major consideration for any future buyers: in this version of the chair, armrests attach to the backrest instead of to the seat. This limits the vertical range of the armrests and means that using the armrests causes the back of the chair to lean forward slightly. I had no idea this would bother me, but it ended up being a dealbreaker. Luckily Elabest sells similar versions of the chair with seat-attached armrests, so if you think you'd have similar issues I'd absolutely recommend considering those. Details: Construction: Assembly was easy, and parts feel durable. Instructions were clear, and it was convenient that the wrench was used for all screws. Comfort: The mesh seat and back are both firm. Elabest offers an optional but pretty nice padded seat cover after purchase, which is a great addition if you want something a little more plush than the mesh. I found the 5d armrests to be a little too firm, but they'd likely wear-in with use and can easily have armrest covers attached. Configurability: This was my main issue, and will depend a lot on your setup. With the seat-attached armrests, I have all the configurability I want. With the backrest-attached armrests, I found the vertical range of motion (adjusting the armrest up and down) to be limited, since they slide along a diagonal and I could not stop the chair from tilting when I used the armrests. Separately, the lumbar support has a lot of adjustability and I appreciate the multiple options for seat depth (taller people can attach the backrest farther back, so they have more seat available). Incidentally, as a tall person I found the shortest option for the backrest to be the most comfortable. Attachments: The headrest is one of the better versions I've seen. It has a good range of motion, but I'd have liked a little more vertical extension for taller folks. I found the footrest a little tedious to use and it was not long enough to support my legs fully, but the version of the chair with seat-attached armrests can't use the footrest anyway. Ultimately, I won't use either attachment and I'm perfectly happy with that. Customer Support: Just want to give another shoutout that their customer support team is probably the best I've seen. Very responsive, pro-active in offering solutions, and had new parts shipped within days.

This chair is AWESOME. If you are like me, and are picky about a chair that is solid quality, has customizable features, comfortable and doesn’t break the bank, look no further because this chair is for you. What I love: 1. It arrived fast and was easy to assemble (maybe 20-30 mins) 2. The ergonomic comfort. The mesh is comfortable and taught enough that it does not feel like it will wear out soon. I’ve had my chair for about two months so far, and it’s holding up perfectly. I spend multiple hours in my professional at a desk, and wanted something to help support my back, and this has a movable back rest that can be adjusted up and down, and forward and backwards, in seconds (no twisting a knob under the chair). The armrests have multiple points of customization to suit the users preferred arm position. However, the only technical complaint I can make is that if you want to get the arm rests out of the way by putting them in the “up position,” they still protrude forward and are not flush, which means they push into the back of your arms. The base seat. So, in the photos, you’ll notice my seat looks different than the one that comes standard on the chair. This is because, I personally, am not a fan of mesh seating because I like to sit cross-legged in my chair, and the mesh tugs on my skin/hair. BUT, Elablast has a fix. (1) if you register your purchase/warranty with them, you get the pick of either (A) glide rollerblade wheels, or (B) a very soft 1” thick padded seat cover that engulfs the entire base seat. However, I discovered on Elablast’s store page that they sell a memory foam cushion seat replacement, and I got that and the free seat cushion. LET ME JUST TELL YOU, this chair is now the most comfy office chair I’ve ever owned. If you do replace the base seat from mesh to cushion, just know it will “delete” the extending leg rest feature. I didn’t care about that feature too much, but just something to consider. See photos. 3. And lastly, Elablast’s customer service was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I emailed them to register and inquired about the seat replacement and the cover, and they were generous enough to send me one because they wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I didn’t expect or ask them to do that, they just did. All in all, this is one of the best Amazon purchases and experience one could hope for. Thank you Elablast!

I am hypermobile and short (5'2 for reference) . I've purchased three different chairs with different features in an attempt to resolve my various aches and pains sitting at a desk all day. Turns out that not very many chairs are appropriate for the vertically challenged and finding something that is customizable enough for hypermobiity is very expensive. The seat depth is a major issue for short girlies and I This is a good option that doesn't break the for short girlies or hypermobiltiy. I think this chair is still customizable enough for some tall people. I do plan on having my 6'5 husband test it out also. And can update my review then . PROS: lumbar support is customizable. The arm rests fold in to allow you to get closer to your desk and there are three different levels of recline. The adjustable headrest is a GAME CHANGER for pocket sized people especially if you have cranial cervical instability or just general neck pain. Foot rest folds under rather than flips outward. I love this because I can still flip it up with out pulling the footrest out. No squeaking. So many of my chairs have squeaked and this one does not and the wheels on my hardwood are soooo smooth and quiet. The wood accents on the chair give it a nice modern look. Many mesh chairs are just not nice to look at but this is one of the more aesthetically pleasing options. CONS: the edges of the seat are hard as the seat itself is mesh and it does dig into the back of my knees that being said I very rarely sit with my feet flat on the floor anyways. (I'm small enough to sit criss cross applesauce, I also often sit forward with my legs folded back on either side of the chair. Or resting on an elevated foot rest) The other con that I think should be mentioned is the foot rest itself is very difficult to extend. My husband did try to spray it with WD40 but it still didn't resolve it. Thankfully I am short enough that it offers leg support with out pulling it all the way. The last CON I have is not actually any fault of the chair itself I don't think. I fractured my tailbone a few years ago and while the mesh is springy, I would still like a little more cushion and ergonomic support in the hiney area. I obviously don't know for sure if this would still be an issue if I hadn't fractured my tail bone but I thought I would still mention it. All in all I'm happy with it. With technology allowing people to work more remotely, and placing alot of us in situations where we are spending longer hours at a desk, I would recommend this chair (and a good standing desk)

Excellent Purchase! I was on the market for a chair that was not only sturdy (I am a 6'3", 235lb man) but also comfortable during days when I worked from home. Although the chair was on the higher end of my budget, it was absolutely worth the price. The assembly was simple enough with the included instructions and tools, only requiring a bit of elbow grease to tighten the each screw and insert the wheels. The chair itself is sturdy and breathable. I have yet to hear a squeak, groan, or other sound when sitting or leaning back and it supports my back and neck wonderfully. The adjustable arm rests did take a bit of getting used to, but are very comfortable once you find the appropriate position for you. Even the adjustable leg rest is comfortable for a person my size. The wheels are stable as well and glide easily over hard wood and well enough over carpet. The manufacturer warrantly is easy to set up and the company was kind enough to send me roller blades wheels that provide even easier mobility. All-in-all I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this chair to anyone looking for something sturdy and comfortable. I have only been using this chair for one week and will update if anything changes.

I upgraded from a popular brand office chair after dealing with lower back pain from long work from home days, and the ELABEST X100 has been a game changer. The 3D adjustable lumbar support is excellent — you can tweak the height, depth, and angle so it actually fits your spine instead of a generic bump. Combined with the breathable mesh back, I stay cool and supported even after 8+ hours. The 5D flip-up armrests are super useful, I can dial them in perfectly or flip them up when I want to get closer to the desk. The headrest is also adjustable and takes a lot of strain off my neck. The built-in footrest is a fantastic bonus. Sliding it out and reclining a bit during breaks feels great and helps with circulation. Assembly was straightforward and took about 20 minutes with clear instructions. The chair feels solid and stable (I’m around 190 lbs) and the wheels roll quietly. A couple of minor notes: the footrest can be a little stiff the first few times you pull it out, and like most mesh chairs it benefits from an occasional vacuum. Neither has been a real issue for me. Overall, this is one of the best ergonomic chairs I’ve used, including chairs in a much higher price range. Highly recommended if you sit for long hours and want real adjustability and all-day comfort. Also will add, the customer service has been second to none, I received an email asking if I would like an upgraded seat pad or upgraded casters, I chose the seat pad and it has been great. Amazing chair and customer service at this price.

So forever I have been looking for a new PC chair as my old one has been worn down and it was time for a replacement. I was told to look for and ergonomic one as I sit for long hours. I stubbled upon this GEM! Easy to put together and extremely comfortable! However the seat came damaged. Now here's the kicker I called customer service which according to other reviews are excellent. They are 100% right! One call and a few pictures of the damage and my invoice and bam they agreed to replace the seat and offer the seat cover and rollerblade wheels. They even sent a nice email saying they also fully registered the warranty for the chair as well. I do have to wait some time for the replacement chair seat but they were completely transparent about how the seat was out of stock for improvements and will be available in August and that the roller-blade wheels are currently out of stock and are expected to arrive in 4 weeks and told me that i would see them shipped out by 4 weeks . In the mean time they are sending the sponge seat cover to improve my experience and provide better support while I wait. Awesome! Cant wait! So how is the chair? Night and day from my old, one everything on the product page is 1000% accurate! To the adjustable lumbar support which is a soft pillow with height and depth adjustments, the tiltable head rest, to the 5-d arm rest they are all excellent! Something it does not tell you is that the depth of the chair is customizable for your height and weight when you put it together! The foot rest is also ROCK SOILD and so easy to unfold and store away when not needed and it has 3 tilt locks for leaning back in the chair. I would highly recommend this PC chair to anyone! Will Update In the coming months with the replacement parts when they arrive. No worry's about buying one of these excellent chairs! Comfortable, breathable, very sturdy and extremely customizable.
