At the time of posting this review, this chair only had around 957 reviews compared to several other chairs I looked at that had thousands more. I decided to take a chance on it because of the 30-day return window. First off — wow. The positive reviews are absolutely accurate. We previously bought office chairs from Costco, and this chair is a major step up in comfort and quality. I bought it for my wife, who works long hours sitting at a desk. Today was her first full day using it, and she said it was amazing. Normally after several hours she has lower back discomfort, constantly needs to get up and stretch, and often moves to the bed to continue working from her laptop because her chair becomes uncomfortable. Today was the first day in years I didn’t see her do that. She loves it. My 20-year-old son assembled it in about 45 minutes. His first comment was how well everything was packaged and labeled. He also specifically mentioned how impressive the instruction manual was — full color, booklet style, and very easy to follow. As others have mentioned, the company includes a free gift offer in the booklet. You can choose between upgraded wheels or a cushion/cover. We chose the cover. Customer service responded to my email immediately, and the next day they let me know it would take about three weeks to restock and apologized for the delay. The chair feels solid, very comfortable, and has tons of adjustment points for the back, armrests, and headrest. The only minor weak point is the footrest. It’s not bad, but it’s not quite as sturdy as the rest of the chair. If you made it this far, this is a real review from a real buyer in Texas. I highly recommend this chair. You’ll be happy with it.

This chair gets 6 stars. I’m an executive who works seated most of the time, so I could define myself as a professional office chair connoisseur. This chair was bought for the home office, but this one is was ergonomic, esthetic and comfortable as any other chair in our offices. I was impressed with the impeccable packaging. These folks took their time to put signs and names to each part. Putting the chair together was very easy thanks to the fantastic instructions provided. Took me 1/5 hour to assemble. On the materials, the chair provides several options, including tones. We chose walnut and it looks similar to the pictures. This is a strong chair; well sized for larger people, including the option to adjust depending on height of the user. The main event is the foot rester which folds under the seat. Only thing I would change is the wheels, but I can leave with them. Also, for guitar players, the armrests can be rolled back and play without bumping the instrument. I recommend these chairs either for office or home, low price, high quality

I'm REALLY impressed.... by a chair. For starters, it's comfortable, highly adjustable, and well made. The instructions and accomping documentation are printed on thick card stock paper in full color. The nuts and bolt are seperated by size and step and sealed on their own. The instructions are clear enough to follow. Total assembly time was about 20 minutes. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the mesh as historically I've gone for the fluffy leather chairs. The mesh is great. Comfortable and more supportive. Still getting use to it, but no problems. The leg rest is also a new feature for me and one that I wasn't necessarily looking for. But I like it. It's niche, but it does allow for a quick relaxing break or a comfortable way to listen in on a long call. Armrest adjustability was the main concern. I wanted the arms to be able to fit under my desk so I can scoot in close. These have their own up/down independent adjustment of about 2.5". That, plus the up/down of the whole chair make this possible. However, more recently I have found it comfortable to have the arms at desk height and my forearms span from armrest to desk, and the seat is where I want to be in relation to my desk edge. The cherry on top is the customer service. As a thank you they give you the option to get rollerblade wheels or a seat cover for free. I went with the wheels. You should also expect an email from them checking to make sure that you are satisfied. Very few companies do this and it speaks volumes to the degree in which they stand behind their product. I'm happy. No regrets. I'd recommend this chair to even my most picky friends.

Over a year review. This chair is superb. The price is a little high but you are not wasting any of it. This chair is considerably comfortable. Never break a sweat bc of the mesh. The leg rest and perfect for gaming. Super sturdy. Make a tiny bit of noise but nothing that will annoy you. Color is nice and the adjustability is great. I’ve beaten this thing around for a year straight through gaming sessions with friends and 2 semesters of college. Don’t buy a cheaper chair. BUY THIS ONE IT IS WORTH IT.

I’m not usually one to write a review but when I have a product that I’m very satisfied with and customer service that’s responsive and kind, it’s hard not to. This is my first dip into slightly more premium ergonomic office chairs. I was looking at the $1000-2000 options but I could not justify that spend. I’m happy I decided to go with this chair after a lot of “research” (reading and an insane amount of Amazon reviews lol). The set up was very easy. It’s a rock solid chair and feels premium. I primarily got this chair for the lumbar support that it offers and the customizable settings. It definitely delivers on the support side in basically every regard. Sitting at my desk for hours doesn’t cause me pain anymore like it used to. My favorite feature is the ability to lock the chair in the semi reclined and fully reclined positions. It’s nice when you’re just lounging and watching a video and don’t want to make the effort to hold yourself back. The foot rest is a nice feature to have although I don’t use it that much. The flip up arms are also extremely useful when wanting to get close to the table. I only have one gripe which is very minor and fixable - the folding arms are very difficult to push back with the tightness of the bolts that it initially is set to, although this can be adjusted and loosened. Overall, I highly recommend this chair to anyone looking to enter the premium desk chair market!

This chair is GREAT! Built well, heavy, fast set up with two people. About 20 minutes. The only thing I don’t like is the arm rest. It moves in all directions which is great, but it keeps moving in all directions. There is no locking position of the pad on the top. So it moves to the left and right as my elbows move. Other than that, this is a really great and comfy chair. Big seating area also. Let’s you make adjustments to a lot of places that are usually stationery.

I'm a developer and I wanted a chair that was suitable for all day use, both work and play. I landed on the Elabest X100 because of a few key features; headrest, footrest, back support, and overall sturdiness. I have been using it now for a week or two and it has been amazing, especially compared to my previous office chair. First it's hefty and sturdy and feels like it will stand the test of time. It was pretty easy to assemble, took about 15 minutes or so. The hydraulic lift on this chair reaches a good inch or two higher than my last which is awesome. I feel like this chair would be good for anyone of any size, but that it would support larger frames well. The headrest, adjustable lumbar support, and tuck-away foot rest are all great features. My house gets busy sometimes and finding a good place to take a nap is hard. This chair is like a hideaway hammock; kick up the foot rest, recline is generously and sleep comfortably. The cost is relative. If you use your office chair often then unquestionably this is a great value. Cost-wise it actually sits on the lower end of high end chairs, but worth every penny and more. On top of it support has been super responsive and amazing in getting me up and going for warranty support and other great customer benefits that come with the chair. Don't know what else to say other than this has been a great buy. I would no doubt buy it again.

I purchased this chair after the seat portion of my salvaged Herman Miller (HM) Aeron snapped and was no longer usable. A replacement part from an off-brand supplier was going to be nearly $200, so I figured why spend that much for one piece, when for a little more, I could get a brand-new chair with more features. At 6 ft tall, 220 lbs, working from home, and a gamer, this chair has proven to be an excellent replacement for my HM at roughly a third of the cost. I can comfortably sit in it for hours on end without any discomfort or fatigue. The head and footrests are features that I never had on my previous chair and add a level of comfort I never knew I needed. As mentioned on the product page, the X100 can lean back up to 120 degrees and when the footrest is elevated and extended, it makes for a very comfortable resting experience. As someone with a bulging disc injury (L5-S1), the normal and reclined seating positions provide great comfort and support to my back and keep me relatively pain free. Assembly was not quite the 15 min advertised on the product page, but was easy enough, with the exception of attaching the lumbar backing to the seat mesh. You really have to line everything up just perfect and put a lot of pressure on the assembly to get it to attach correctly, but after that, the whole thing was smooth sailing and included a nice T-handled hex wrench to use instead of the typical L-shaped Allen-key. Another point during assembly I felt was a nice touch, was the inclusion of several size options on the base of the seat so that if you are of smaller stature, you can still make the seat work for you. My only complaint, would be in the arms of the chair. They move in every direction you could possibly want them to (including folding up so they're out of the way), so you get your perfect fit, but they don't feel as solid as the rest of the chair when readjusting myself and pushing down on the arms to assist. To be fair, there have been no creaks, cracks, or snaps that indicate that they are of poor quality, but they do flex a bit more than I'd like when adjusting. A minor nit-pick of mine is in the casters of the chair. After registering my chair for its warranty, Elabest offered a free gift of either a seat cushion or roller blade wheel casters, to which I chose the latter. The original casters ran flawlessly on my carpet, and the roller blade wheels are nice, but seem to get caught up in the carpet more than the others. It isn't enough of a nuisance to make me want to switch back to the originals yet, but it may be something to consider if you're thinking about this chair and using it on carpet or hard flooring. All-in-all, this is a great chair that punches above its price point and I'm very happy with my purchase.
