I just got me a nice chair for Christmas! I just assembled the T11 Mesh Rack Ergonomic Office Chair in under 45 minutes and it is wonderful! Excellent design, function, and fit, (I am 6'1"). So comfortable! The adjustable headrest height and angle, the super lumbar support, (it's better than my car's lumbar support), along with the firm tilting seatback spring makes this a great chair for me! You can lock the seat back forward or reclined or leave it springy and supportive. Assembly was easy thanks to comprehensive and detailed written and illustrated instructions printed in a booklet made of quality, glossy stock paper, unlike the typical sets of barely legible pictogram directions one often receives with DIY assembled stuff. A sturdy 6mm wrench, (8" long") fits all 24 screws and bolts. That wrench is a keeper; it is going into my bike's toolkit 'cause it fits several adjustments on my bike's frame. I also appreciate the factory preapplication of thread locker on the threads of the screws. The materials and finish are excellent quality; no rough edges or molding burrs. Here's the bonus, at least in my opinion: I just discovered that I can bring the chair up to the edge of my desk, adjust the correct height of the armrests in combination with the seat height, and pivot the armrests slightly inward in order to support my lower arms/wrists while typing. I slid the keyboard a little closer to the edge of the desk and now my hands are positioned just above the keyboard in a better, more comfortable position than a keyboard wrist rest/support. No worries about carpal tunnel inflammation. Posture is perfect and yet I'm comfy, too. I'll bet Elabest's marketing team didn't think to include this as a selling point, huh? This chair is one of the best, comfortable and functional chairs I've ever used, and unless something fancier or more luxurious, like leather, woodgrain, chrome or electrical power is desired, this is the new chair to buy yourself or someone else, for Christmas or for any reason! ... show more

    • The Perfect WFH Chair I’ve found!
The chair is exceptionally comfortable and doesn’t cause the pressure points of standard desk chairs. The chair has built in lumbar support, head/neck rest, adjustable arms to allow for many different heights and arm lengths. The back and seat are mesh and allow for airflow to prevent hot spots. Assembly took just a couple minutes. The chair is made of good quality material and I feel it will last and be a good value. The wheels roll smoothly and if you have room feel free to act like a kid and enjoy rolling around the room :) The seat is wide enough for a variety of sitting positions but not so deep that a short person has to either have a footstool or allow their feet to dangle at a normal desk height. An extra positive, the price was affordable! I am so glad that I found this chair and chose to purchase it. I will highly recommend the Elabast product to anyone who needs a desk chair. ... show more

    • Not Quite What I Was Hoping For But ELABEST RESOLVED MY CONCERNS
This chair is easy to put together and is pretty comfortable but the lumbar presses a bit too much into my back than I would like and it not adjustable that I can see. Also, the chair reclines to a comfortable resting position but I wish I could lock it in place about halfway back. It only locks fully upright or fully back, nothin in between. Overall, it is a decent chair and if you don't mind the feeling of something pressing you forward (lumbar support) then it is a good chair for the price. I think I will shop for one a little more for my needs. UPDATE: Elabest went above and beyond to make me happy. They sent me a new chair to replace this one and I love it. I would definitely shop them again for my future needs. ... show more

    • Great chair for anyone with neck or back problems
I have serious neck pain due to an old injury. I shopped around for several weeks trying to find the right desk chair, as I sit at a desk all day for my job. I finally settled on this chair and I have not been disappointed. The head support adjusts up and down, and it actually protrudes forward beyond the back of the chair, exactly the way orthopedic doctors tell us a good head/neck support should. Very few chairs do this. That being said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved: 1. The arms adjust up and down, which is great. There is a small tab underneath each armrest. Just pull that up and the arm raises up and down. What I don't like is that the armrests also swing around, and they don't lock in place very well. Often, when I push on the armrest to get out of the chair, the armrest rotates, which is annoying. It would be nice if they locked in place with the same sort of tab that locks them in place up and down. 2. The headrest adjusts up and down and stays in place only by friction. It would be nice if it used some sort of tab to lock in place more firmly also. ... show more

    • Not worth it
This chair is not comfortable. The lumbar is not adjustable. The seat mechanism only locks in straight up or laying down and also controls the height of the chair and you have to stand up( just plain get off the chair) in order to get the chair to raise up, and I only weigh 145 lbs. The head rest has cheap plastic notches to move it up and down. Maybe I expected too much but for $200 I wouldn't buy another. By far the worst office chair I have ever had. I would have returned it but it was already assembled and box thrown out. However it was easy to assemble!! ... show more

    • Locks in only the recline position!
Good chair. Been using for about a year. Goods. Gel whells option upgrade(free), the mesh material keeps you from getting too hot sitting for long periods, arm rest adjustabilitiy is almost perfect. Areas for improvements, something for the bum to not slide on the mesh. It gives mad wedgies. Arm rest are a little stiff. Some soft padding on them would be awesome. Also kinda far apart. If you keep you elbows close to body when typing I wouldn't get this. Head rest slides down too easy after a while. Lastly is the back reclines and locks... ONLY IN 1 POSITION! you have vertical or I'm taking a nap positions. While comfy. Bad for work ... show more
