I’ve had this chair for about 5 months now and it has been awesome! I visited a handful of office supply stores, and just didn’t find anything that met my requirements for a great price, 1 of which was being comfortable for 8+ hours a day. I also needed it to be high enough to comfortably rest my palms on the desk without cutting off circulation. This chair has been great. Still just as comfortable as the day I got it, very adjustable as well. And after you register the chair, they offer to send you a pair of soft rollerblade style wheels for free! Makes a huge difference after the new wheels are on if you have never used those wheels on a chair. As long as this chair lasts me a good while, I am a customer for life. ... show more

A very nice color (beige) & comfy office chair. I used to have a similar-style Herman Miller chair at work. If Herman Miller is a 10, then, this chair is at least an 8 but at a much lower price. How reliable? It seems like a good build and so far so good.

I previously used a Herman Miller Aeron, so I had realistic expectations going in. This is not an Aeron, but it also costs a small fraction of one. For the price, the Elabest T96 is a very good chair. Assembly was easy and took about 20 minutes. Build quality is better than expected, with a stable base and smooth casters. Comfort is good for long work sessions. The mesh back is supportive and breathable, the lumbar support is firm but comfortable, and the seat cushion holds up well over time. Adjustability covers the basics: height, tilt, armrests, and lumbar position are all easy to set. Shockingly, my 3 year old office chair suddenly and completely fractured. I wanted something that would last. After lots and lots of research, I order this amazing chair and wanted to share why I love it.. My "want list" was a cream colored chair (check), a seat height of 22" for my tall desk (most only go up to 21") (check), adjustable arm rests (check), good reviews/long lasting (check). In addition to this meeting all of those requirements, it was packed really, really well with lots of padding, was very easy to put together, rolls nicely on carpet and wood, has easily adjustable lumbar support , and I was offered a free seat cover or roller blade wheels at no charge. When I submitted my warranty information, someone from the company responded and encouraged me to choose my free gift, and then followed up to make sure it arrived. I've been using my chair for a few months and still love everything about it. It's helpful to take a little time to adjust everything to fit at first, and you'll be set. The build quality of the chair is really excellent. It's the most comfortable and supportive I have ever used. The adjustable lumbar support keeps my back pain free even when seated for long periods. The waterfall mesh seat is remarkably comfortable. I love it! Unpacking and assembly takes about one hour. The step-by-step manual is very well organized and easy to follow. The chair is terrific and exactly what we were looking for. The assembly took some time but if you follow the instructions it comes together nicely. My only suggestion is the parts should be labeled as per the instructions. Best part is once we registered the chair for the warranty we received an email asking if we would like complimentary wheels or a seat cover. We selected the wheels and they work great. the chair is build quite well, and the instructions are quite clear on how to assemble in fact it was extremely easy to put together and didn't even require any additional person to help me assemble as it has with other chairs I have gotten online from amazon. My only gripe with this chair was the fact that the chair even on lowest tilt tension would "force" me to sit upright, sometimes I like to lean back in chair and think while working, this chair would constantly force me to sit upright, it gave me back ache on my lower back and a bit on the side of my upper middle back. Return process was smooth however the box it comes in is packed quite tightly and removing the gas cylinder is not easy once installed so I had to get a bigger box on my own to send the chair back disassembled. Amazon has some undefined gray area when it comes to sending packages back when the end user has to buy boxes to return packages. ... show more
