I’ve tried several massage guns. I feel the Ekrin 365 deserves a very high rating because: -it’s lightweight, yet feels super solid and high quality. I’ve tried guns that weigh 2.2 pounds and up and hand fatigue sets in sooner or later. -the grip is thinner than most (including the Ekrin b37). This makes it more comfortable to hold…and I have rather large hands. -the handle is angled at 15 degrees and is longer than most other guns. This makes it much more ergonomic than the traditional 90 degree grip. The longer handle also allows for an easier reach to the mid-back. -it is powerful. The stall force is just fine—more than adequate. I couldn’t stall it on levels 3 and 4 without creating a great deal of pain(!). -the amplitude is 12 mm. I believe this is the sweet spot for massage guns. I’ve tried 16mm and, at least for me, there is too much pounding. I’ve tried 10mm and 8mm and they feel more vibrational than percussive. -the 4 speeds provide all that is needed for variations. -the 4 attachments are all that is needed for a full body massage. (Although I was hoping for an attachment that is extra-cushioned for bony areas like the knees and top of my feet.) -it looks great—stylish and contemporary. -it comes with a nice and functional case for storage and travel. -the Ekrin 365, like the Ekrin b37, is quiet. In no way will it annoy others or interfere with listening to music or watching TV. ( I feel the loud noise levels of the Theraguns, for example, will discourage use in some situations.) UPDATE: The lifetime warranty is legit, and so is the great customer service. After a lot of use something went wonky with the unit. I emailed customer support and received an answer within 2 hours with instructions on how to proceed. Within 12 days I received a new Ekrin 365 at no cost to me. This is a quality product with wonderful customer service. Buy with confidence.

Very nice and well made product and case. I thought it would be more percussive. My previous one was a PureWave massager (not a percussion gun) which is more vibrational with a bit of percussion (very little). But it's fine for me since I suffer from fibromyalgia where less aggressive is better. Just wish it had a dampener attachment. Overall very satisfied.

The gun was great while it lasted. I bought it in May and had continual usage on it for a few months before it needed a charge. It was down to the last dot and I finally put it on the charger. I tried different AC adapters and different cables. All I would get is a blinking white light, but it would never complete a charge even over night. I'm currently trying to get a replacement through the lifetime warranty that is included.

I've owned it for several months now and I'm very happy with the purchase. It's reasonably light for the power and the long handle helps with reaching back and legs. I tried the top of line Theragun but it's overkill for those of us who aren't training like competitive athletes. It was too strong for the upper shoulders. It rattled my brain. This Ekrin 365 is great for home use and my regular workout soreness. I rarely use it beyond the 2nd power setting. It's plenty powerful. Comes in a nice case with extra attachments but i mostly use the soft ball.
