This set sure looks gorgeous! The satin brass finish is flawless and is a good color match to real satin brass. Installation is simple on a double bore door. No extra drilling is required as the plates attach to each other internally. This is always a good feature. It hides the screws and acts to prevent someone from unscrewing the plates from the outside. Lever and lock both move smoothly. Keys were a little clunky at first, but quickly began to move easily. Downside - these inexpensive locks are hard to rekey if at all. If you can find a locksmith to do it, it likely will cost more than the set itself. It appears you can purchase sets keyed alike and you'll want to do that immediately upon purchase if you have several doors. Having just purchased a couple of expensive sets - this is significantly lighter in overall weight and feel. Had in not been for the deadbolt, this doesn't seem durable enough to be an exterior entry set. In fact, it's identical to the passage sets I purchased, but with an additional upper lock. I suppose time will tell. It looks great now! ... show more
