Great brand I use Ego for my lawn mower and Fan in addition to the blower and weed eater, they don’t have much weight, battery last long enough to get the lawn down on just 1, cordless, easy to use, highly recommend all Ego products I’ve never had any issues with any may be a bit on the more expensive side but you pay for what you get. ... show more

Fantastic quality, EGO equipment has replaced my Echo string trimmer and chainsaw. The string trimmer is a joy to use, it doesn’t need to warm up or wear your arm out from pulling the starter cord. On their own, the weed whacker and the leaf blower work great. No complaints there. However, if you’re purchasing this set thinking you can attach other EGO attachments to the handle in the future, it’s not supported with this model (ST1510T). The shaft only telescopes to adjust for user height. To use the Multi-Head EGO ecosystem, you’ll need one of the Multi-Head System Power Heads (PH1400 or PH1420). I found this out the hard way when I tried to attach a recently purchased power broom attachment (BBA2100) and that’s on me for making late-night Amazon purchases without verifying. On the bright side, this means my wife can help with yard upkeep when I finally buy the appropriate power head this spring. ... show more

EGO makes an OK product, but I’m not impressed with their battery. The 2.5Ah battery would have to be charged once to string trim my yard and twice if I used the blower afterwards. I’m only maintaining a small residential property so most likely you’ll want to purchase a larger battery. Also, the description lists a 3 year warranty on the battery. I’ve had mine less than 2 years and it will not charge. EGO would not replace because I didn’t purchase from an EGO licensed seller. The seller only offers a 30 day warranty. A new battery costs as much as the entire set. Make sure if you purchase from Amazon, the seller is Amazon and not a 3rd party that Amazon uses. I’m giving my EGO tools to my neighbor and going back to gas powered equipment. If I were to purchase EGO again, I’d do so at my local hardware store. ... show more
