I’ve been really happy with this EGO hedge trimmer. The 26-inch blade makes it easy to cover a lot of area quickly, and it has plenty of power for thicker branches and overgrown hedges. The battery lasts long enough for everything I need to do around the yard, and I like not having to mess with gas, cords, or pull starts. It’s also pretty well balanced and comfortable to use. The battery and charger being included is a big plus. Overall, it feels like a solid, well-made tool and makes trimming hedges a lot easier. I would definitely buy it again.

I’m not a big fan of trimming hedges or bushes but I am very particular about the results. That being said, this is a quality made tool with plenty of power, a good 26” length and nice wide teeth to cut thicker branches. The real beauty of this tool is the ability to easily rotate the blades left or right 180 degrees without moving your main control hand. Rotating the blades reduces fatigue because your main hand stays in the neutral position and you don’t have to twist the whole trimmer with your wrist or arms. It also has a safety switch built into the top handle that requires both hands be safely on the trimmer to turn it on. This tool has made a job I’m not fond of, easier and faster with less fatigue. For me, it’s a must have and I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

Guys this is your best yard buddy. Does an awesome job on those bushes. Not a shy part on it. The maneuverability potential of this trimmer has gone above anything I have ever owned. The balance with the battery is perfect. I used it on several different hedging and it is so versatile. Looked around for best price and it is right here on Amazon.

this is a terrific hedge trimmer. I previously owned a gasoline powered trimmer but got tired of dealing with a carburetor issue whenever I needed it. That and the fact that it was heavy and with all the use that I gave to the trimmer, it wore you out by the time you were down cutting a significant number of ornamental grasses and hedges. This trimmer is incredibly light weight. And I do mean light weight. Compared to the gasoline powered trimmer, it feels like it is at least half the weight, if not even more than that. The carbon rail makes quite a difference. It has a surprising amount of power for a battery powered machine and easily cut everything I needed to cut including some hedge branches that were around 1/2" - 5/8" in diameter. If I am going to cut anything larger than that, I generally will use lopping shears or even a chain saw depending on their thickness but for most folks doing general pruning and trimming of ornamental grasses and hedges and shrubs, this thing is a winner! The only thing I could suggest as a minor drawback is that I believe the blade could be even sharper than it already is from the manufacturer. Out of the box it cuts just fine, but I like to keep my trimmers very, very sharp as they cut cleaner. The blade assembly is easy to sharpen however and there are instructions included with the trimmer as to how to do this. I went over mine with a small file and it is now definitely sharp. for the price, I believe this a good value and I am quite pleased with it!

I recently purchased this this cordless hedge trimmer, and I must say it has exceeded all my expectations. As an avid gardener, I've gone through my fair share of hedge trimmers, but this one stands out for several reasons. 1. Impressive Battery Life: The cordless feature is a game-changer! The powerful lithium-ion battery provided an impressive runtime, allowing me to tackle my entire yard on a single charge. No more dragging around extension cords or worrying about accidentally cutting through them. 2. Effortless Maneuverability: This trimmer is lightweight and well-balanced, making it easy to handle and maneuver. I was able to reach even the trickiest spots without straining my arms or shoulders. The ergonomic design definitely makes a difference during long trimming sessions. 3. Precision Cutting: The dual-action blades are razor-sharp and cut through branches like a hot knife through butter. I appreciated the clean and precise cuts, leaving my hedges looking professionally groomed. The 24-inch blade length is just right for a perfect balance between coverage and control. 4. Quiet Operation: One of the standout features is how quietly this trimmer operates. Compared to my previous gas-powered trimmer, it's a breath of fresh air. I can now trim my hedges without disturbing the peace and quiet of my neighborhood. 5. Easy Maintenance: Maintenance is a breeze with this trimmer. The blades are easy to clean, and there's virtually no maintenance beyond regular blade sharpening. The construction feels durable, and it looks like it's built to last. 6. Safety Features: I appreciate the safety features incorporated into the design. The dual-switch system prevents accidental startups, providing an extra layer of protection during storage or when carrying the trimmer around. In conclusion, this cordless hedge trimmer has become an indispensable tool in my gardening arsenal. It combines power, efficiency, and convenience in a way that makes it a cut above the rest. If you're in the market for a reliable and high-performance cordless hedge trimmer, look no further – this one gets a wholehearted recommendation from me!

This is my second EGO product. The chainsaw I have works well so thought I’d give this a try. First off this is super lightweight while having a long 26” cutting blade. I have numerous bushes 20-30 that all need to be cut back as much as 2-3 ft. For what I needed it is a bit underpowered only being able to cut 4-5 bushes at a time; but keep in mind the branches are thick some have 8-10 branches 3/4 of an inch or thicker. The blades did need to be tightened a bit since I was unhappy with the cut quality but after the adjustment…WOW! Overall quite happy with EGO products and this will replace my Stihl hedge trimmer for ease of use and functionality!

The Ego hedge trimmer is everything I needed to trim shrubs, evergreens and bushes like azaleas. The trimmer is very powerful but it is heavier than my previous Black and Decker. The Ego cut nonstop where my other trimers just could not manage. The battery makes the unit heavier but is well balanced
