Works great. Especially the cutter blade with forty teeth. It slices through 2-3 inch branches like butter. You need to be a bit careful with it as there's a lot of plastic. And if you hit a tree while going back and forth the blade can go flying off and you can lose the locking flange. Customer service was great tho as they sent me what I needed via the vevor website. 1 year warranty. I found the parts are pretty standard and was able to find replacement screws and a locking flange as I will likely hit another tree.

This is a very frustrating machine for several reasons. It is louder than comparable models, runs hotter, and slowly falls apart as you use it. So far I have had to replace all 3 screws that hold on the fuel tank as they work their way out of the machine during normal use. I believe it is an M5 size screw but they don't seem to be threaded straight through as expected and the new ones tend to want to go in at an angle. Because the fuel tank is constantly vibrating the fuel hoses worked themselves out as well. If I were to buy this again I would tighten and glue in any screw I could before first use. Once you get the fuel tank to stop falling off the machine still feels flimsly and poorly made, plastics are thin and brittle and it shakes hard while using. The Next thing I replaced was the weedwhacker head with a generic craftsman style, this made actually weed eating much easier and I stopped having it eject string. The string loading on the stock head is comically bad a cheap craftsman style replacement works much better and fotunately I had one laying around. The cutting blades they provide don't seem to want to cut, I actually thought they were installed backwards but they just don't cut well, so any brush-hog videos they show must be fake. I haven't used the pole saw but the hedge trimmer didn't want to engage, you need to carefully allign everything to get it to work. Once it works it cuts OK, but honestly for most people the long pole hedge trimmer with the terribly loud motor will be infuriating anyway. They give you a bunch of useless junk to up the piece count ont he set, like ear protection that falls apart and cloth gloves that won't protect you from anything. And a bag you can't actually use once you fully assemble the attachments. Overall this thing is just brutal to use, but honestly I am too invested now to return it. I think it would be too much work to disassemble everything and send it back and that's probably what the company is counting on. I will just keep tinkering and fixing things as they come up until it is more spare parts than original machine.

5 stars all the way around. Might be the best $200 I have ever spent. I decided to buy it through Amazon vs direct through Vevor just for customer service reasons. This thing is a beast! Assembly was slightly challenging due to vague instructions, but after using my common sense, I got it all put together including the shoulder harness. I was really greatful for the harness, it makes holding this monster much less straining on the arms. Amazon delivered in 2 days, great service. After assembling the unit to do some string trimming, I premixed the 40:1 gas, and their gas can is great. Makes things so easy. Use the markings on the side of the gas can. I filled the oil to the 5 mark, then filled the gas to the 5 mark, turned the can upside down to mix everything. No guesswork. Added the gas mix using the provided funnel, choked it, primed it 5 times, and pulled the cord. Its a little weird the way the pull cord works, the cord doesnt engage until half way through its range, but once it does, the engine fired immediately. Turned off the choke and the engine ran itself and purred at idle. This unit warmed up quickly and let me cut right away at full speed, unlike my Stihl which is really cold natured and wont let me get on the throttle till its warm. The gas that I put in barely made a dent in the tank, so I mixed more, up to the 10 line, and that filled it to around 1/8 full. The gas tank is huge! I ran it the first time around 20 minutes, and hadnt run out of gas yet. The engine ran smoothly the whole time, at every throttle range from wide open to idle. I had to rev the engine up to around 25% throttle to get the trimmer head spinning, but once it gets going it cuts well. They give you some heavy gauge string, but Im going to try some thinner gauge to see what it does. Special kudos to the person who designed the trimmer head. So easy to load! Insert around 2 yards of string through one hole in the head till it comes out the other side. Then start winding the orange knob until the string winds. Instructions were no help, but once I figured it out, it was great. Do yourself a favor and wear the supplied headphones. This thing makes more noise than some dirtbikes, so hearing protection is a must. They also give you a nice visor and safety glasses. They really thought it out well. This machine is probably worth $150 as a trimmer alone, but when you add the chain saw, hedger, and the extra blades, its a no-brainer. I would buy at least the 2 year extended warranty with it so that any future problems with it can be solved. Ok, the quality isnt as good as Milwaukee, Stihl, Echo, Husky, or a Dewalt, but those are over $1000 - $1500 with all these extras. I cant wait to use the pole/chainsaw trimmer, and circular and 3 bladed timmer heads. If I ever decide Im tired of this thing, I will take the engine and stick it on a go cart lol

Budget commercial sized weed eater. Pros -comes with useful attachments. I have yet to try the hedge trimmer though. - powerful enough for cleaning thick weeds and a large enough tank to go for a long time -fairly quiet (i still use ear protection Cons - The harness never wants to stay together/ straps loosen constantly - Instructions are horrible with putting things together/ you should be able to figure it out fairly easily though. - Trimmer string it comes with isn't the best and theres only a bit of it. I already had more on hand so it wasn't to bad. Took off a star due to the Instructions and the Harness. It is a bit heavy after about an hour of trimming.

Very Poorly Made and Potentially Dangerous I am extremely disappointed with this product. When I connected the pole saw, it started shaking and wobbling so violently that it almost hit my legs and could have caused a serious injury. The saw was extremely unstable and unsafe to use. I immediately stopped using it and removed the pole saw from the trimmer. When I inspected the connection mechanism, it appeared that the internal mechanism was damaged/broken, and the aluminum pole was also damaged from the excessive wobbling and vibration. I contacted Amazon about the issue, but they told me to contact VEVOR directly. The green fence trimmer is also not working properly. While pulling the starter cord to start it, the pull mechanism actually came off. I was able to put it back in, but the overall construction feels extremely cheap and poorly made. For a product involving a high-speed cutting blade, this level of instability and poor construction is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend inspecting the product carefully before using it, as I personally experienced a potentially dangerous failure. Overall, very poor quality, cheaply made, and unsafe in my experience.

I bought this because I wanted ONE tool that could handle multiple jobs around the property without buying a separate machine for every task. After using it for brush cutting, trimming, hedge work, and some pole saw use, I can confidently say this thing is an absolute beast. The first thing that surprised me was the power. This is not some weak little homeowner trimmer. The 63cc engine has serious torque. It honestly feels closer to running a small piece of farm equipment than a handheld yard tool. Thick weeds, brush, saplings, overgrown fence lines… it just eats through them. The brush cutter setup especially is on another level compared to the average string trimmer. The hedge trimmer attachment worked great for cleanup work, and the pole saw has enough reach and power to actually be useful instead of feeling like a gimmick attachment. Having all these options included in one package makes this incredibly versatile for rural property owners, farm use, trails, fence lines, or large yards. That said... this thing is HEAVY. And honestly, it has to be considering the engine size and power. After about 10–15 minutes you absolutely start feeling it in your shoulders and arms, especially with the longer attachments. The included strap setup is probably my biggest complaint because it’s awkward and not very comfortable. I’ll definitely be upgrading to a better harness system because this machine deserves one. Assembly took a little patience at first, but once you learn the attachment system it becomes straightforward. Like any 2-cycle machine, make sure you use proper fuel mix and maintenance if you want it to stay reliable. Fit and finish is not commercial-grade premium, but performance-wise this thing punches WAY above its price range. If you’re expecting lightweight battery-tool convenience, this is not that. If you want a powerful multi-tool that feels like it belongs on actual rural property instead of a suburban flower bed, this thing delivers. Overall, I’m seriously impressed with it after even a short amount of use. For the money, the amount of capability and raw power you get is kind of ridiculous.

I just got this and I was happy for the first 20 minutes. Screws have backed out while I use it so now im missing a screw that keeps the fuel tank secured to the engine. The bolts that that keep the attachments together are gone and the weighs more than normal but I choose that when I purchased the bigger 62 cc. It's easy to use and start but the quality of the build is worse than im willing to accept. I'm more disappointed in vevor for not holding up to the improved quality that they have provided me with previous purchases.
