We have a Rubbermaid 'Yard Box' we've kept our mowers in over the spring/summer seasons. And its been great for gas mowers... We just finally swapped out our last gas burner for an EGO Electric that we LOVE. So light, so easy, and so much enjoyment from not breathing in all the exhaust! We love EGO - own their blower, weedwhacker, pole-saw and trimmer as well - awesome company, amazing product! Either way, that yard box is not water-proof - as in, its notoriously opened up in stronger summer storms allowing the mower inside to get wet... not a great plan with an electric mower... therefore - wanted to get a cover for it, and preferred to purchase OEM.... the standard EGO cover is for storing it vertically - which is great, for those folks whom store it vertically - we never will. Therefore - needed a back up... this actually fits our push mower really well, and i fold the extra of the top over - towards the back of the yard box, just incase water were to get in.... only slight gripe - the zippers isn't too strong, as it likes to open by itself as i'm getting the over onto the mower.... granted - this cover was not specifically engineered for the mower, and the zipper might not open when used on the machine the cover was designed for - either way - overall - love it!

I found out the hard way in my 2nd season using my EGO single stage snowblower that there is a wear item ... yep the illusive scraper bar :cringe: First heavy snow of the '23-'24 season and I was happy to pull my clean fuel electric snowblower out to clear the driveway and sidewalk ... though this time it wasn't so easy, the relatively lightweight snowblower seemed to be dragging as I pushed it along. After finishing, a little Google-fu showed me that the bottom of these single stage snow blowers is a plastic scraper bar. That's right, to scrape the snow away from the bottom of the driveway and it actually does a pretty darn good job at it. Well that is until the scraper bar wears down to nothing, and depending on how many times you need to snow blow over the winter that could happen more than once! So I went a searching on the Amazon after my nearby Ace Hardware and Lowe's was out of stock on this item. I found this one for $20.99 but the description says NOTHING about the mounting hardware, no pictures or anything. I found another scraper bar for $34.95 that showed the hardware (5 bolts/washers/nylon lock nuts). When I inspected my hardware I noticed the bolts were beveled from scraping along my concrete driveway so I thinking CRAP, I guess I need to replace the hardware too!?! For me the difference in price from $20.99 to $34.95 was too much to swallow for 5 simple bolts/washers/nuts so I planned to reuse the beveled bolts and just hope for the best. To my delight, this EGO branded package had a ziplock bag with all the hardware included! So don't go spend more for the higher priced scraper that shows the bolts when this one has everything you need. Both of these items coincidentally are sold by the EGO Amazon store, seems a little shady to me. As for the scraper bar itself, I guess I can accept spending $20 per season for "maintenance" considering there are no oil changes, no gas, no pull starting a motor ... BUT I sure wish EGO would do a better job and make this sucker a LOT more durable!

Fits Ego Snowblower perfectly. It is not a bag and has no bottom - it is basically a logo'd dust cover. It is ideal to keep dust and debris from settling on the lawn mower or in the battery compartment when not in use or stored until next season. It is a better option and more attractive than my previous method which was to cover the unit with an old towel. Yes, it may have a smell, however this is kept in the shed not the house so I don't smell it. After a day of being opened up, the smell goes away. It is not for outdoor storage. Not sure why anyone would pay all this money for Ego, and then store them outside with no or little protection. This should be stored in a shed or garage to protect from splashing rain and sunlight. Plastics deteriorate the more they are exposed to the sun. Built up water/humidity from splashing rain will ruin the electrical contacts.

Well made, looks good. Came with no simple instructions. It does not fit well on my ego single stage. Could not figure out how to make it fit. Handle folds down, yet this does not cover all it should and a good wind will blow it off.
