I love everything about keeping hens! Hens are so much fun to watch - and for me, eating fresh, free-range, organic eggs is just this side of heaven. Sigh. I'm so excited I finally have my own incubator! I did a lot of comparison shopping before I ordered this one, and it was worth the time I invested. Everything is designed so well, as if it were created by someone with a kindred spirit to mine - someone who loves keeping hens so much, they wanted to make it easier for other hen-lovers when we get all broody, along with our ladies. Hah! :-) I'm happy incubating only 18 eggs at a time, cuz I keep my flock small. Honestly, I have no complaints - except that it's hard to wait for the first sign of hatching. This little incubator is not super fancy, but it gets the job done. It's small enough for a bedside table or a classroom desk and offers a very nice full view of the hatching process. I love that it's mostly hands-off throughout the entire incubation period. I got this for a classroom and know the kids will love it this spring!

I've tried many incubators in the past. I really really like this one! The tubes for water is a HUGE help instead of opening the lid and disrupting the humidity and temperature. I also love the clear lid so I can see what's going on. It's not made for big hatches as it only holds 18 eggs, but it works so well I will get multiple ones to run for my big hatches.

I like everything about this egg incubator. It's designed well with a clear view of the eggs and comes with instructions for use that I can understand. The controls are right on top where I need them and the unit itself is not heavy to lift. I look forward to using this in the spring and increasing my flock size.

I have a larger model, but it is not practical for my small homestead. This is a great size. I just hooked it up to verify everything was working before I run it with eggs. Everything works. I love that it covers everything: humidity, turning of eggs, heat and fan, with candling. Perfect for my needs.

So set up for this was relatively easy out of the box. I haven't had any major discrepancies with the temperature/humidity compared to my external reader. We're currently 10 days into our hatch cycle so I will update once day 21 comes around if we ran into any issues with humidity or chicks developing.

This incubator works flawlessly, with nice egg rotation to prevent hot spots or create issues with the chicks. Simple out of the box usage makes first time use very simple. Great quality in the material choices and seems to be something that will last a few years.

This incubator is so much better than the one I was using. Mine had one bottle where this one has two, definitely a plus for the light to candle eggs. The temp and timer were easy to use and it has a display that shows what day the egg is on and gives you different time increments to set to turn the eggs. I’ve been using it for a couple days and I’m already satisfied with it
