We bought this just to experiment with and see if any would hatch. We had low hopes because first, we barely know what we’re doing and two, it seemed to easy. Happy to announce it worked and so far we have 4 out of the 7 hatched so far that we put in! It definitely is too small for 12 eggs and the turner struggled with 7 even. The humidity is hard to regulate when the hatch but other wise was fine. It’s definitely a great starter incubator for a small home stead experiment!!

I had 8 eggs in here and 7 hatched by the 20th day. Aside from making sure the water bottle was full and occasionally lifting it up so the water will drip down the tube, there was nothing else I had to do. The eggs automatically turned until I removed the turning tray on the 18th day. On the 19th day, I saw a baby chick chirping happily inside with its siblings following shortly after. The price of this unit was more affordable than the local feed store and for a first timer starting with just a few experimental eggs it was worth it. Some things I wished was that it’d be easier to slightly lift the tray to simply remove the chicks or eggs I need to without completely removing the air around it. Other than that it worked perfectly.

It will incubate the eggs as intended. Does NOT include a hydrometer for humidity so be sure to buy one separately. Don’t bother with the external water reservoir, when we used it, it would just drain into the incubator & our humidity readings were north of 75%. It’s nice to have the hole on the side tho to add a squirt of water. We use a new unused medicine syringe from a kids Tylenol to squirt in a bit of water. It does hold the temperature pretty good although the temperature is off by a couple degrees. So as long as you buy a separate thermometer/hydrometer you’ll do just fine. If you’re looking for a budget option I think this will do great.

It worked great I had a 50% hatch rate every time! For a cheap little thing not bad if you were just doing it for fun and not professionally this thing is for you! Just a little hard to control the humidity but other than that great!!! Did two batches in this thing and it hatched something out every time!

Product is perfect from hatching a small amount of eggs, however after 1 use the motor stopped working to auto rotate the eggs. Very disappointing

A few things to note, it does turn the eggs well several times a day, the top is in Celsius, it does well with quail. I hatched quail in this incubator and it worked really well. Keeping the humidity was a bit difficult but it wasn't too much of an issue. I put one egg in each tray except one I put two. I had a hatch rate of 12 our of 13 eggs. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase!

I hatched 11/12 Muscovy duck eggs in this incubator! The only complaint I have is the auto turner is NOT made for more than a few eggs. More than about 5 large eggs weighs it down too much and the eggs won’t turn. So I had to hand turn my duck eggs the entire time. The space is also a little small for a full dozen eggs of any size. I had to cycle ducklings out of the incubator a little early just because the space was a little too tight for my liking. The humidity bottle is also a joke, there’s no way to regulate how much it adds without tilting the bottle to stop it. It will not add water as needed by itself. You also need a hydrometer to properly access humidity which has to be bought and installed separately. Otherwise a great incubator! I’d use it again, but with maybe smaller fowl eggs.

First time incubating chicken eggs and it worked great I started with 7 eggs since it was our first time and 6 of the 7 hatched. I did no water until lock down. My barometer said it was only 45-50% humidity but the 6 that did hatch needed no assistance. Healthy strong chicks. I will be trying duck eggs next. Cons: The rotator could not turn the eggs (they were large chicken eggs) so I did it 2-3 times a day until day 17. I didn’t use the water system I just poured water in the bottom but leave it connected or it will leak. If you hold down the down button it will turn them it just doesn’t do it on its own I guess idk but check turn them even once a day just to be sure. For the price you can’t beat it. Do your own research and don’t be scared to fail while figuring out your hatching method.
