I just had both of my knees replaced. I am 6’3”, and even though specifications stated 6’1” at most, I fit in it perfectly, that is to say it is a perfect fit for me. It is larger (height and width) and longer (footrest extended). The armchair is also so very soft to touch, cushiony and comfortable. It, sort of, wraps around you, when sitting or laying down.     • Unresponsive seller, defective product. Waste of $800+
The controller failed just after 30 days, and I have not heard back from the seller despite several attempts to contact them. My husband was stuck up in the air when the physical therapist came for a session and we had much trouble getting him out. Now that broken chair has cluttered the living room for over three months. Since the guarantee was for only 30 days, it was "too bad." So I bought an Asurion guarantee. I am supposed to wait until they find a "service center" which they haven't found, and then box up this gigantic chair which came in two oversized boxes, take it to a shipping center and ship it back to them. They will fix it and send it back. I am 77 and weigh 100+ lbs. How the hell am I supposed to do that? Both the seller and Asurion are worthless. Easy to assemble. Arrived early and in good shape. The lift/motion motors are slow. You can’t wait until last minute when needing to go from reclined to sitting, particularly the lowering of the foot rest. This is not a large chair. The seat is not as wide as advertised. Foot rest does not raise level with the floor and your feet dangle. The massage points are not low enough on the lumbar back. They hit more on upper lumbar/lower thoracic area. Heat is okay, but the massage intensity is weak. Probably okay for those who only want or need a “gentle,” massage. ... show more

It’s the perfect size for me . I love the soft leather, it’s very well made the heat is hot and the massage is wonderful. It was so easy to assemble it only took a few minutes. I would recommend it to anyone.

The Chair is beautiful and comfortable. The only Bad thing is the motor is TOO SMALL AND IT TAKES FOREVER FOR THE CHAIR TO GO INTO POSITIONS. iF i AM IN hurry to get up to go to the bathroom I find it takes way to long for the chair to set up and lift me slightly. So if you would just put a stronger motor on it I would say is is an excellent chair. ... show more
