As a fan of time-saving makeup tools, I was excited to try this 5-piece winged eyeliner set. While the formula and the stamps themselves perform well, there is a significant design flaw regarding the packaging that makes daily use a bit of a guessing game. The Performance The ink is rich, pigmented, and dries down to a nice matte finish. The dual-ended design is convenient, featuring a standard felt-tip liner on one side and a shaped stamp on the other. Once applied, the liner stayed put throughout the day without significant smudging or flaking. The "Mystery Pen" Problem The biggest drawback is that none of the pens are marked on the outside. When you have five different stamps (different wing shapes or sizes), you expect to be able to grab the one you need at a glance. Instead, because the tubes are identical and unlabeled, I had to open multiple pens every single morning to find the specific stamp I wanted. Tip: I ended up using a silver permanent marker to label the caps myself, but for a "professional" set, the manufacturer should have printed the stamp shape on the barrel or the cap. Pros Pigmentation: Deep black ink that doesn't look "watery." Variety: You get a good selection of wing styles and sizes in one set. Ease of Use: The stamps are symmetrical and save a lot of time for those who struggle with freehand wings. Cons Zero Identification: No markings on the exterior to tell the pens apart. Trial and Error: Expect to spend time opening and closing caps until you find your favorite shape. Final Verdict The product inside the pens is good for the price point, but the lack of labeling is a frustrating user experience. I have always wanted to do winged eyeliner, but I could never get the wings to be symmetrical. These eyeliner stamps make it effortless to achieve the perfect shape every time. It does take a little practice to get the angle just right, but it is still so much easier than trying to freehand a wing. The additional four designs are so fun to use, and my favorites are the heart and star. The black color is deep and clear, and the eyeliner does not smear or irritate my eyes. I truly love these eyeliners. The only drawback is that each eyeliner is not easily identifiable when closed. They are numbered, but having a symbol of the shape on the container would make them much more convenient to use. ... show more
