This was easy to assemble and even easier to use. The only complaint I have is the legs. They are much shorter than they appear in photos and are made of plastic. Once this was assembled the legs felt a little flimsy as it was being moved to where it would be placed in the room. The futon itself isn't too heavy and can be moved by one person, but felt like the legs would break as they were dragged across carpet. For this reason it took two people to move it so that it could be lifted off the floor while maneuvering. Initially the padding was a little stiff but has loosened up the more it has been used. If you are more than 5 foot tall it will feel that you are really low to the ground when sitting. Adjusting the back to convert from couch to a bed and back is simple and quick and takes seconds to complete. Overall this works exactly as expected and looks good. Being that it's just over $300 this is exactly what someone should expect for a piece of furniture in this price range. ... show more

Update: It has almost been a year & this piece looks as beautiful as the day it arrived! I have family that visits at least once a year & they say it is comfy to sleep on! I am very happy with our purchase! Initial review: This futon is exactly what I was looking for! It was easy to assemble (approx 20 minutes on my own), it’s comfy & it’s the look I was going for. I can’t attest to its longevity yet, but for the price I can’t complain. Our little Prince Pickles has taken to it already! We are happy! ... show more

Seriously? The pictures on here don’t show the back for a reason…because it just randomly hangs off like this! If you plan to keep your couch against a wall and don’t mind that large gap in between the wall then yah get it. It’s beautiful and decent quality but how ridiculous to have this big piece just sticking out! I immediately returned this to get something cute and functional. I have limited space in my small apartment so moving it against a wall would be silly and I would hate to be limited because of the big piece! Please add a 360 view because this is false advertising! ... show more

It was easy to put together, looks amazing in my studio and comfy for lounging, etc. It may not be the most comfortable for some but it's fine for me. All in all, 4 out of 5 stars as it squeaks a little when your'e on it and it is a tad hard.

Super easy to assemble. BUT. It came to me covered in stains?! Which is gross and weird. It’s also hard as a rock. I’m trying to return it but unfortunately I didn’t keep the giant box it came in which means UPS doesn’t want to pick it up. I mean, it’s not bad looking, but the stains really are unacceptable for a brand new couch, and I guess if you don’t plan on using it much it’s ok. We did a remodel on a condo that we sold this summer. We marketed the condo as a perfect VRBO rental and sold it furnished. This couch worked out well, as it was modern/contemporary and functional as a futon bed. It is comfortable to sit on, but not for a long movie. Oddly, It is more comfortable to sleep on. It was easy to assemble and looks amazing in the living room. The one disappointment was a small cut in the fabric on one of the cushion corners.
